Pros: The car was well prepared and had no faults of any kind, and the price was competitive.

Cons: It would be helpful to tell drivers to enter Building 51 in the far right lane to get to the drop off zone. There are signs, but a reminder from Europcar would be helpful.

Pros: We had a nice upgrade and they gave us a brand new car. Help behind the desk was very friendly. Due to late arrival desk would have been closed but was still open.

Cons: to get in insurance the rental rate would have doubled. so I accepted a 25000 deductible. This is a bit unusual.

Cons: في مطار جنيف القسم السويسري فيه موظف مغربي انتبهوا منه لو عرض عليكم عروض صراحة حرامي ونصااااااب بقووة الحرامي الكلب اعطاني سيارة بنزين غير الديزل والديزل أوفر الحرامي الكلب اعطاني سيارة مو سيارة اللي انا طالبها بالبوكينغ بمساحة اكبر ويقول افضل من اللي انت حاجزها طلعت سيارة اقل حجماً وللمعلومية هالكلام على سيارتين مو سيارة واحدة صحيح نفس السعر لكن مو نفس المساحة للشنط حسبي الله وفقكم الرحمن

Good car, lowest price at last minute

Pros: We decided to rent a car at the last minute, there wee very few cars avaialable. Our car was nearly 600 Euro for 1 week, much more than we expected, but still nearly 100 Euro less than the next company and 200 Euro less than Hertz. The drop-off was strange, no one gave me any paperwork but hopefully that will be OK.

Cons: The people at the car return were not very professional, kept talking to one another and ignored me for some time. They didn't give me any paper that certified that I returned the car. In retrospect, I should have insisted that they give me a receipt.

Pros: Excellent Car, perfect for what we needed.

Cons: Long queue at pickup with only one poor chap dealing with us all. Surely if Europcar know there are 20+ people arriving off a flight at 9pm with pre-booked cars they can get some assistance to their desk?
