The car, itself, was the best part. Pickup and drop off was a bit of an annoyance. When I search for rental cars via search engine such as Kayak, I expect it give me options that match my pickup/drop off locations. Economy Rent a Car is not at the Rental Car Facility; you need to get a Lyft/Uber to Economy. When I landed, I called to pick up the rental car and was just told they had no cars left and that I needed to contact corporate to get a refund. The agent was very blunt and didn’t offer any real apology. I was left stranded with a 7 month old baby. We ended up having to pay $50 for a taxi to my hotel and the next morning got a rental car from enterprise costing us $280. My original reservation was meant to be $140 For the entire week. There was little to no information on how I should find Economy. When I called, the man tells me that 'you know that we don't have your car' and it would take an hour to get my car. How would I know? But if you don't have my car, then I'll take another car from the lot. So I travel to the lot after an Uber takes us to their lot. He meant to say 'we have no cars right now, no idea when we'll get any cars, you may be 2nd on the waitlist, so if any cars do become available, they will be distributed first come - first serve, and I'll be happy to give you your money back now so you can find a rental car for the weekend' instead.Reviewed 22 Oct 2024

I rented with them to pick up the car at 12pm. On August 28, 2024 They took my money and they cancel the rent of the car because I didn't pick up the car at 12pm even though I gave them the flight and the airline that will be there at 5:20pm, until today I'm not receiving my reimbursement, I called again customer service and said that I have to e-mail to a different place. Charged fees for little thing (which were either not explained or hidden until after drop-off) and were not honest about the drop-off process.
