They were slow with the vans for pick up; it took an hour + for check-in but the return was great. Loved the car and the guys at the check-out counter were nice.

They gave away our car to another person and didn't say anything to us for 30 minutes. And then tried to give us two cars that were smaller than what we purchased. After an hour and 4 cars later we were given a car that was dirty and unwashed.

Pick-up was smooth and fast, Kevin who helped me was informative and adept. Drop-off was smooth, too. One improvement would be Enterprise signage that is a bit more prominent when you bring the car back.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful.

Cons:

We had difficulting finding the drop off location when we wanted to return the car. Once we made it to the return location we were told the directions were located in the love compartment. We wish someone had emphasized this when we were picking up the car.

It was a great experience with Enterprise rent a car in Dublin Airport Ireland. Easy pickup and drop off. Malik was especially helpful. He told us where to go and the best way to get to departure. Overall the experience was excellent! We highly recommend it!

Car was not ready for rental, it had failing battery on the key fob, tire kept losing air throughout the trip and the GPS was inaccurate one out of four times.

The counter rep with whom we dealt with when we picked up the car, Grace, was very competent but friendly and helpful as well. The rep who went over the car with us was equally competent and friendly. Lastly, the rep we dealt with when we turned in the car, Dan, was also friendly and helpful. Your staff at Dublin were excellent and you should be proud of them.

I was very unhappy with been forced to pay 420 euro for car insurance. In the past I always opted to provide a deposit on my credit card. On this occasion I was told it was illegal to rent a car without paying the insurance. I even showed that my car insurance provider covers me for car rental up to 100000 dollars but the guy at the desk refused to accept. I though the whole process was very shady. Iv rented cars for up to ten years before covid and this experience I won't forget in a hurry.

Totally misleading, quoted $125 for the car then pushed us to take a bigger car and wouldn’t accept the insurance we already had. Total got to almost $1,000 after they added their insurance. Cancelled and went with Budget. Got a very nice car with insurance for $600. Stay far away!

The wait time at Dublin Airport is ridiculous. The staff push you to upgrade services, like adding unnecessary additional insurance, and to pay more for a car with an automatic. They also said they had photographed the damage on the car, but had not photographed all damage, I insisted they photograph the car completely.

Be very careful about insurance. They will charge a fortune. They are also very careful about giving you a car on the basis that your credit card covers the insurance. They will insist on a letter that explicitly states the insurance coverage is good in Ireland. It is not enough for the letter to state "worldwide".
