Absolutely appalling. Several emails from budget saying we will be met at the airport when we landed at 5:30 p.m. In fact we arrived early, but by 6:30 p.m. nobody was there to meet us. A local kindly telephone the budget emergency to be told the office is closed and even if it was an emergency nothing could be done until the following day. Called a taxi to our destination and the following day went into the office to be told it closes at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday and the closing time and the emails we received were all wrong. Very surly, totally disinterested member of staff who obviously thought it was unreasonable of me to complain. The car they gave me was very old, rundown and I would say registered in the 1990s. It broke down on the second day and I had to wait several hours for a replacement. I am a RapidRes member, and if they treat me like this, how on earth do they treat a normal member of the public?
