Staff left and closed office despite having my planned arrival in the system. Customer service refused to do anything. Ended up paying for taxi and Hotel myself. No posted number to call for late arrivals, service. Used Enterprise Rental the next day and they treated me like a human who matters. Cannot recommend Enterprise Rental more.Reviewed 17 Feb 2024
