Pros:The staff was friendly and looked for alternatives to help us out.Cons:I was told I booked a tourist or foreigner price, so when I picked up the car it turned out to be wrong and much more expensive because I am a danish resident. This also changed the allocated kilometers so we had to end up changing the whole plan or we would have had to pay more than double of what we booked. It was a horrible experiencePros:The carCons:I had a flat tire, and there was no spare tire. It took them 5 hours to exchange the car on a rainy day with 4 adults and 5 kids. I had to go to the airport to pick up another car and go back to pick up my family with all the luggage from the street. All in all it set us back a lot because we lost time out of that day and it made us cancel our following day plans.Reviewed 31 Jul 2017

Excellent service, minus on the missing insurancePros:The car itself + service on pickup and drop-off was great!Cons:Pricing didn't include any insurances (which is odd in EU) and I had to call to Budget to get the prices. nevertheless. price was OK and all worked as expected.Reviewed 20 Jul 2017

Very good servicePros:The service agent was very helpful..Cons:Had to wait 20 mins for the transfer bus to the rental center.. and upon returning the car, it's all outside uncovered. So in case of rain nowhere to find shelter..Reviewed 28 Jun 2017

Pros:I am extremely unsatisfied with the service providedCons:There was not a car available at the airport in Copenhagen when I tried to pick it up on Christmas Eve,extremly disappointed, left me stranded. Luckily Eurocar rentals had a car available. It was moremoney, but better than nothing as your service provided. SHAMEFUL TO LEAVE A FAMILY STRANDED IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY ON CHRISTMAS EVE.Reviewed 7 Jan 2017
