Pros:Complimentary upgrade because my vehicle was unavailableCons:Car was not available upon pickup. Was told three hour wait but did not get called for seven hours. Pros:Nothing. No one was there to assist us with getting our vehicle when we prebooked weeks in advance. After calling corporate, it turns out that front desk people are supposed to stay up to two hours after closing to make sure those who booked could get their car. Yet the security guard told us that the staff LEFT EARLY EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD OUR RESERVATION ON FILE.Cons:Everything. Considering we didn’t get our car due to poor customer service.Reviewed 18 Oct 2020
