Cons:After calling Alamo main reservation to make sure they had a car and everything went through. When I arrive no car. Lady at desk said they were all out. And they should have never told me they had a car for me. Poor customer serviceReviewed 17 Aug 2020

Pros:The car wasn’t available for pickup. I did a reservation for a car and when I showed up for the rental, they told me they don’t do same day rentals.Cons:Notification about rental being unavailable.Reviewed 16 Aug 2020
