Pros: My daughter and I stayed over Labor Day weekend visiting my dad In North Augusta. The hotel was very convenient to North Augusta. We loved the continental breakfast, the small putting green and the pool. The property seemed very safe with secured parking and with the front doors locking at 10:00pm. We would stay here again.
Cons: There wasn't much we didn't like. The walls do seem to be a little thin. I had a hard time sleeping the first night due to multiple people walking through the halls at 2:00 to 3:00am. We also heard some stance banging noise. The next nights I turn the AC to on so it ran all night and slept with the tv on to drown out the noise.
Pros: Really helpful people nice. And a vary clean place
Pros: Staff good beds
Cons: Poor and limited TV reception
Very poor water pressure
Water warm but not hot
Pros: The locate of the hotel.

Pros: The atmosphere was great. The aroma from the entrance and throughout the actual suite was delightful and fresh. Loved having the whirlpool next to the bed. And the bed was truly relaxing
Cons: Wish there was a free continental breakfast
Pros: I much prefer the Hilton Garden Inn chain to Hampton, and all other hotels in that price range. I like the decor, restaurant, towels and sheets, the openness of the lobbies, and they are usually newer than the Hamptons.
Cons: The beds are adjustable air mattresses. If I. Go to bed tired, I invariably wake up in the middle of the night and have to change the setting.

Pros: Updated modern rooms. Great showers. Great location, lots of local restaurants and bars. Fast free WiFi.
Cons: No free breakfast but there is a small Starbucks in lobby. Wish it was open all day not just mornings. Couldn't connect laptop to TV connections hidden.
Pros: When we first arrived, we were give rooms (we booked two rooms- one for us and one for another couple) in the Marriott Suites Hotel. My booking said that we each had King Suites. i had actually called the hotel directly and spoke with the Manager, Bryce, who confirmed those facts. However, our room was 2 Queen beds and the other couple's room was not a suite. I called down to the desk to see if a king room was available and Bryce answered. He said that we could certainly have a king room, but in the main hotel, not the Marriott Suites. He then mentioned that the hotel rooms had just been renovated. Both of us moved and the rooms were beautiful and much nicer that the Marriott Suites room. Those rooms were dated and worn. The hotel rooms were new and very, very nice.
Bryce took care of us easily and efficiently.
Pros: I liked the proximity to the River and the view from the room. Staff was nice and no serious problems.
Cons: I don't like the room2room doors. And the $7 per day self parking fee.

Cons: The front desk kelp calling when I was sleeping saying that I was making noise like I had a party going on and I was sleeping. Come to find out it was the room next door to me.
Pros: Modern feel and style. Lots of pillows and I guess a comfortable bed.
Cons: Thin walls. You can hear everything that's going on next door or down the hall. There's about ZERO sound proofing and it's impossible to relax when you have noisy neighbors. This hotel should have gotten better room soundproofing when renovated.
Pros: It was close to the event I was attending. The breakfast was better than expected, we successfully had a wakeup call.
Cons: first: 1 of 2 keycards didn't work. then, hair in the shower, next day, neither keycard worked.. employees were nice but I will not be back

Pros: Nice bed
Pros: Breakfast was great.
Cons: We didn't receive the room we paid for. my family and I had to sleep in one bed and the hotel was to full to try and accommodate us into a bigger room.

Pros: quite, clean, good space included sofa area
Cons: parking lot not enough, but not a big deal
Pros: Hotel employee  from hospitality, she has great customer service & hospitality skills. The staff could all take a lessons from her. She prayed for my God-son when I had to call the paramedics because of the dust and fumes it caused his bronchitis
Cons: The room had trash in it, the carpet was a mess, ice machine didn't work.Customer service sucked. I waited 10 min. for the front desk clerk to finish a personal call to ask for late checkout, because I had to get to the ER & she said NO.call me
Cons: No. Very good pleasant stay.
Pros: Comfortable stay and convenient for our needs.
Pros: Breakfasts are very good. Hotel employee makes a great breakfast on weekends. Clean well kept rooms.

Cons: Room keys failed to work repeatedly, causing me to make several trips to the desk to gain access to my room.
Pros: Location to the interstate.
Cons: I did not get the room I paid for. The attendant was inexperienced and we had to settle for a room that was a single room and not a two bedroom. Very aggravated.
Pros: There was nothing to 'like'. We did NOT receive the room we paid for and were told management had 'no responsibility' since we booked through a 'third party'. The suite did not have two beds in the bedroom which is what we booked.
Cons: MORE CRITICAL, we were booked into a SMOKING room for the entire 3 night stay. Public areas of the hotel were unpresentable. Chairs in breakfast area had holes in the upolstrery. Staff consistently failed to keep breakfast items stocked.
Spacious room, very comfortable. The breakfast was impressive.
Pros: One of the nicest hotels that we have visited. Comfortable and the staff was accommodating...we traveled with a 5yo.

Beds were comfortable
Hotel was clean
Breakfast was tasty and plentiful
Pros: Pleasant and helpful staff
Microwave and frig
Comfortable lobby and breakfast area
Cons: No towel bars
No grab bar in tub - could prevent accidents
No full length mirror
Would like more choices at breakfast
Prefer larger napkins at breakfast
No shower caps
Pros: Loved the secluded location, close to everything, front desk great, room spacious. One of the better hotels in Augusta GA. Will be staying here next visit
Cons: Next to hwy...can hear all the cars and trucks. Horrible choice.
Pros: Clean. Spacious. Friendly staff. Affordable. Great location. Would stay again and recommend.
Cons: I liked everything.
Clean, comfortable and functional.
You will always find these three basic principles at Ecco Suites.
With four suite layouts to choose from, we incorporate the details and amenities that provide our guests everything they need for a successful and enjoyable experience.
Pros: It was nice that the 5th floor had its very own complimentary breakfast
Cons: Although I had reservations, when I arrived for my checkout time, and the desk clerk asked me which floor I would like to stay on...they didn't have any rooms readily available on that floor. So I had to wait...so I told her that I would stay on the 5th floor which was a $30 more charge...they decided to charge me with only $15 instead of the $30. Although I personally think there shouldn't be any charge due to no rooms being readily available when I arrived for check-in.
Pros: Hotel was nice and staff was excellent
Cons: The fact that they didn't serve a complimentary breakfast and the the outrageous price that the hotel restaurant was charging for breakfast was a absolute turn off...
Pros: the staff was very friendly the room clean and close to many places to eat
Cons: the outdoor pool was a bit small the water getting out look clean

Pros: The cleanliness definitely was a plus and the bed was very comfortable.
Cons: No,there wasn't
Pros: great room at a great price! front desk staff were professional and very customer focused. Will definitely recommend to others!
Pros: The staff was very helpful. The room I had was just what I needed and it was nice and quiet - just what I wanted. I was very happy with my time spent at the hotel.
Cons: Not a thing.
Pros: The best thing about this hotel is the set up in the room its like a mini apartment everything was perfect they even have a mini DVD collection you can choose a movie or even books from
Cons: I didn't like the location because there really isn't any reaturants in walking distance and since there's no breakfast you have to leave to grab something no big deal unless you're sleeping in
Pros: We were welcomed with a smile and pleasant greeting. The room had everything we needed.
Cons: I have trouble finding anything I didn't like.
Pros: Pet policy and location.
Cons: Trash in the stairwell area with no AC. Over use of air fragrants.
Front staff very rude and unhelping, approached by another front employee asking if I was a new employee, to which I responded no. Before I could explain that I had already been waiting 10 minutes to check in, she immediately turns around and walks off. Usually I have great reviews for Candlewood hotels (great quality for price), but this experience in this establishment has greatly disappointed me. Will NOT be returning to this location.
Pros: The bed sheets were very comfy.
Cons: Stood for 12 min at the the front desk waiting for a receptionist to address me. She was sitting behind a partition on the phone the entire time laughing and conversing. When I entered my room, I found maintenance tools on the bed and counter, no apology.
The people were nice at this hotel. No problems checking in, and they were helpful. It was quiet, and I had a relaxing night. I didn't actually spend more than about 9 hours there, but the time there was enjoyable and relaxing.
Pros: The staff were friendly and the room was quiet.
Cons: Nothing negative that I can think of.
If you can do not accept a room the ends with 24. It is right by the elevator and the machinery kicks on every time some uses it even through the night. Hotel staff is great. Location is good for grocery shopping. Also, the room available on priceline is a studio room not the one bedroom. I like the one bedroom much better. It feel a lot like home and has space to relax and unwind. It has a nice dog area. All and all I like this hotel and will be staying there again soon.
Pros: The staff is very accommodating and helped me with my baby and dog. For the most part quiet and peaceful.
Cons: Room was not the same style of room that we had booked the week before It was not clear that there was different style rooms and the style I wanted was not available on priceline the room was by the elavator we could hear it made it hard to fall asleep
Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: The electronic lock (keycard) would not open my door every time I tried to use it. It would lock fine once opened; it just would not open. The hotel did not charge for either night's stay so it was handled properly. Just a slight inconvenience.

Pros: Very charming place.
Cons: Although the hotel has been updated the person in charge has done a very poor job thus far. Things like towel rakes have not been installed.

Pros: Beautiful rooms very clean very comfortable!
Cons: I drove 15 hours to stay at this hotel. Requested an early check in and was only granted a 1pm check in. I calledwe i was three hours away explaining I would be there at 5am. Staff was reluctant to let me check in that early even after explaining my drive. Asked to speak to manager was then told my room would be available when I got there. Was upset I was told could not check in. Arrived and parking lot was empty with door locked and staff sitting in lobby furniture. I was granted my early check in after the hassle.
Pros: Everything was new and very clean. Staff were kind and courteous. Would definitely return to this hotel!
Cons: Did not have any complaints on this hotel.

Pros: We came in town for a family emergency. This hotel was quiet and clean. Wifi worked well and staff was very hospitable. Would definitely stay there again.
Pros: This property was recently renovated and is in great shape. The staff from check in to check out was friendly, attentive, polite and efficient. The room was OK, clean, and offers a wet bar for longer term guests. The bed was comfortable although the pillows a little soft for my taste. The real surprise was the towels. Although they are stand motel towels, the laundry staff takes great pride in their work, and the towels have a hint of a pleasant smell, and just say, "I care". I will stay at this property again.

Pros: Bar and restaurant in hotel. Cookies baked in lobby, breakfast to go.
Cons: Rooms just okay, very small bathroom where door almost hit toilet.
Pros: The only God part of my stay was the friendly staff.
Cons: The tub was gross and our bathroom flooded in the middle of the night. We moved to another room to have the bathroom sinks leak all over the floor. What was supposed to be a romantic night turned into a nightmare.

Cons: Bed sheets had not been changed and staff just handed us new sheets and we had to change them ourselves at 1:00am after traveling all day and night from alaska
Pros: Staff was very nice and informative.
Pros: free dinner
Cons: there are no sidewalks in the area...difficult to walk anywhere
Pros: The free breakfast
Cons: The pillows were to soft. I woke up with a neck strain.
Check your bank account after staying here. I stayed one night. I was charged twice for my room. After paying Priceline in advance. No apology from the Manager when I called them. A decent room, a comfortable bed and a fair price. Unfortunately, bad service and basd attitudes from the management.
Pros: The bed had a comfortable mattress.
Cons: I stood in front of the night manager for 30 seconds while she read a note scribbled on a piece of notebook paper. No hello. No smile. And a bad attitude.
