Pros:Staff was very friendly. All went well with pick up and delivery. The windows and side mirrors were so dirty and water spotted I could barely see out. They had a film on them which made things really blurred, especially at night.Cons:Clean windows and mirrors the day of rental.Reviewed 29 Mar 2021

Pros:How many fees were added. I ended up spending 2x the amount of money...Cons:Hertz absolutely were trying to take advantage of me at every step and trying to make me pay extra money for every option they offered. So dishonest and wrong.Reviewed 27 Feb 2021

Pros:Staff was very friendly and fast even though the office was very busy. Car was very clean. Price was incredible. Drop-off took less than a minute. They had a space for me to leave my own car overnight.Cons:I declined the CDW when making the online reservation. When I inquired about adding it at check-in, the price for it was four times higher. But this was out of the hands of the staff at my rental location and controlled by Thrifty itself.Reviewed 19 Feb 2021

Pros:Staff was friendlyCons:Car had food crumbs. Had a grinding noise to it when driven. When I called to trade out the car they told me I would have to drive an hour and a half away to the airport to do so or call AAA. They had no regard for our safety.Reviewed 13 Feb 2021

Didn't have car I reservedCons:When showed up, they advised me that they only had a small car, after talking for a bit I was able to get a small SUV (patriot), I had reserve a Tahoe. It was annoying but ended up fitting our luggage and saved me like 100$ so I'm the end it wasn't bad. But when I reserve a vehicle I expect it to be there when I arrive, after I get a confirmation. If they didn't have it kayak never should have reserved it and I would have booked elsewhere.Reviewed 10 Apr 2017
