Pros: The hot tub in the backyard is awesome. Besides, the town house is quite spacious. It can hold 4-5 people without questions. it is a perfect place for family vacation.
Encantada - a CLC World Resort features a free kids' club and puts you within a 15-minute drive of ChampionsGate Golf Club. Pros: this hotel is the best was there during resent storm and they handled it very well could not ask for better service
Pros: The staff was very hospitable, all areas in & out of facility was always clean... The price was magnificent...
Pros: This is a super nice hotel and great price! Rooms were a great size for 3 people.
Pros: Breakfast was great
Enjoyed the jacuzzi and the comfort of the beds
Rooms were very spacious and clean
Cons: The elevator was very slow
Pros: Youth groups seem to love this location by arcades, playing fields and restaurants. The suites are spacious and clean. Comfy beds and bedding. Good breakfast and friendly employees. Ask for a quiet room if you so desire.
Cons: Busy. Vending machine on my floor was sold out when I needed a bottle of water 3am. took my money. Front desk kindly gave me one from gift shop.
Pros: The check in gentleman was very helpful.
Cons: The breakfast, cleanliness, manager and overall condition of the hotel is an issue. I would never recommend.
Pros: I love that the staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean, and great proximity to fun adventures and restaurants. This is definitely a hotel on my list to revisit.
Cons: There is nothing that I didn't like.
Cons: Rooms were very clean common areas not so much.
Pros: Close to stores and restaurants and parks room was big but dirty , ac didn't work well
Cons: Dirty floor , pillows are old
Pros: Eve thing very nice
Pros: Location was great, and was a nice hotel for a very reasonable price.
Cons: Was a little dated, but a good value.
Pros: Very clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Close to everything.
We had problems with the shower the first day but they fixed right away.
Definitely coming back.

Cons: Steakhouse inside was very over priced. Thought it would be more of a family like hotel, but is definitely intended for business.
Pros: Awesome pool for kids, the steak house, the gators, transportation for Disney overall all the facilities
Pros: Swimming pool area
Cons: Alcoholic beverage preparation not so good at pool area!!!
Pros: Staff was very attentive. Property was beautiful. Rooms were perfect and the pool is amazing.
Cons: Extremely overpriced. Resort fees are $20 per day and self parking is $18.00 per day. Resturants are also overpriced. Presentation is beautiful but quality is poor. The $168.00 meal for two at Old Hickory Steakhouse was by far the worst cut of meat we have ever eaten. The side of mushrooms were cold and a hard texture. The wine was the only plus.

Pros: Julia from the front desk was very kind and made our stay even more pleasant.
Nice staff, clean and great location.
Pros: Very satisfactory hit breakfast with good variety. Have to have made to order? Not for you. Otherwise, real scrambled eggs, ok sausage, make your own waffles, and plenty of additional variety including fruit that is suitably ripe, unlike many other places.
And, unlike some other places, neighborhood is not seedy, parking lot at night isn't creepy, and you don't get the feeling that a number of guests live in the hotel. Few smokers seen.
Facility is fresh, upkeep excellent, staff polite and friendly. No complaints about rooom or wifi.
Convenient to parks and many restaurants. It would be very hard to find an equally great place in this price range, our or even fit 30% more.
Cons: Nothing negative to say. If you expect valet parking and room service, then plan to ante up for such perks.
Pros: It was clean and cleaning staff did a great job. Breakfast had a lot of choices including hot choices. All employees were very helpful and overall a good place to stay.
Cons: Trying to remodel and update but still has a somewhat outdated feel.

Cons: We had to wait for a lot of things. It was like they were understaffed.
Pros: Clubhouse was nice, but small. Rooms are large and clean. Property is well kept.
Cons: A bit confusing since multiple resorts are at one location? Wait time to check in was a bit long. The steakhouse restaurant was entirely booked for a private gathering so we went to the Italian restaurant instead. Food was way overpriced for what was offered. Steak was chewy and underdone when first brought out. Thirty eight dollars for a steak that you could get at The Golden Corral was a bit excessive (IMO).
The room was OK, very clean and roomy, but one of the toilets was not working, an electrical outlet cover was cracked in the main living room, and the televisions were tube televisions that I have not seen for maybe 7 or 8 years (really? in 2017??) with very poor reception in all but one.
I have stayed at Salamander in VA and this place is not even close to that level of luxury. If Salamander is 5 stasr this resort is a mid 3 (at best).
Pros: The spa was amazing. Seriously, one of the best massages I've ever had. It was pricy, but worth it. It is also really nice to find a place that has a 3 bedroom option, and I like that the pools were close to the rooms. The location was nice. The steakhouse on the top floor was pretty and the food was very good.
Cons: The rooms themselves were dated and there was a hum coming out of the air register. Honestly, the rooms were fine, but I would in no way consider them 5 star accommodations and I don't think you should go there expecting anything more than clean and comfortable. Room service was very expensive and the hidden fees were not well explained. They agreed to 'try to accommodate' an early check-in, but the room was not ready until 3 and I don't think anyone else's room was ready early, either. They should just say 'no early check-ins' if they cannot really make it happen. We called several times over our 3 day stay to request a shuttle and sometimes no one answered and we'd have to call back repeatedly.
Reunion Resort, A Salamander Golf & Spa Resort is a 13-minute drive from Walt Disney World Resort, and 20 minutes from SeaWorld® Orlando and Universal Orlando Resort. Gatorland and the Kennedy Space Center are 25 minutes and an hour by car respectively.
Pros: My husband and I have stayed at this hotel several times and really like it but this time we didn't get a chance to stay there.
Cons: I booked my room last week and the morning of my trip I get an email that the hotel was overbooked and my stay was cancelled. I spent 45 minutes of my morning on the phone about the cancellation or trying to book another hotel.
Pros: Nothing to be honest. The location was nice to restaurants and parks.
Cons: Everything. The beds were stiff and blood stains on the comforters. The pillows nor mattress had protectors on them. The guest before clearly smoked in the entire villa - our daughter has allergies and asthma so we were up alllllll night ( literally ) with her before her big day in the park, while she couldn't breath and coughed. We called that night the front desk and they said the next day they could fix it for us. The next day when we got back from the park, nothing had changed. We will never skimp on a good hotel again after this stay. We felt dirty and uncomfortable the whole time we were in the room.
Pros: Well this looked like it would be a great place to stay.
Cons: Kayak overbooked the reservations for the weekend I intended to stay at this hotel. I was notified of their error at 430pm (check in was at 4). I was forced to get reservations at another hotel (Westgate). I was with a group of four and I had originally booked a 2 bedroom villa at the Sarasota Resort Villas. All they could find me was a 1 bedroom villa at the Westgate 30 min away which then put me an hour away from my intended destination. I was on the phone at least 2 hours trying to find a resolution for their error ( I was already in town and had no other choice).I have used other travel sites and this is the first time I have experienced anything like this. Will never use Kayak again.
Pros: Clean and comfortable
Cons: Lack of parking. Get back from parks too late, and you will most likely be parking at the next villas over from yours.
Pros: Super clean, attentive staff, nice kitchens and bathrooms, huge two story townhomes. Close to shopping and lots of places to eat. Kitchens have most everything you need to eat in all the time if you want.
Cons: Orlando traffic!
Pros: Spacious privacy
Cons: No free breakfast
Pros: When we checked in Tammy at the front desk gave us an early check in and was super nice and knowledgable. Our villa was super clean and had a great feel of home vs just a hotel! Highly recommend!
Cons: There wasn't sheets on or for the pull out. Had to contact and walk to the front desk to retrieve blankets.
Pros: We paid only $80 + a night. That's a great deal. I would not stay here if it were more. The staff was super friendly. The pool wasn't crowded and it wasn't loud. I liked being able to sleep upstairs in quiet while those awake downstairs didn't disturb. Wish I had baby gates for the stairs. (It would be a good option for them to supply)
Cons: Everything we touched made noises. Floors, stairs, furniture... the water in showers also went to scalding hot out of nowhere a few times and the tub upstairs took 30 mins to drain.
Pros: Proximity to the parks was convenient, only about a 10-12 min drive depending on traffic. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly!
Cons: Playground area needs a little more lighting in case kids wanted to play after the sun goes down. Entrance from highway can be a little tricky if you're first time "arrivee"; only can enter from west bound side of highway due to no turn lane on opposite side of the highway.
Pros: I enjoy having my space and privacy, especially when traveling. Having multiple floors and multiple bedrooms, ensures I can have my own space if needed. This is my second time staying in a two bedroom suite and I found there is a second shower downstairs! The kitchen is invaluable if you like to prepare your own meals. Everything is clean and well tended to. I enjoyed my second stay immensely and I will definitely be back with more friends. Everyone should know about this hidden gem and its value.
Cons: The entrance can be a little tricky, especially if you are coming from I4. Also, it would be very cool if a little walking bridge with a gate could be set up over to target. It would definitely be a great convenience.

Pros: The condos were really nice. Freshly updated. Service was great.
Pros: Loved the rooms, so much space and a full kitchen with 2 bathrooms. This is the perfect spot for a nice family vacation. Not only do they have the water park, also paddle boats, shuffle board, mini golf, basketball, four seater bikes plus more, and everything is free!!! So much fun, we will def be back very soon!!!
Cons: Nothing, it was perfect
Pros: Very spacious condos, plenty amenities including in the cost& resort fee. The children had an amazing time and so did I. Very relaxing and enjoyable.
Cons: I didn't like having to leave to go home.
Pros: It was a great place to stay. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very nice. It was a beautiful property and the lagoon was great.
Cons: I wish the lagoon was open later than 7pm. By the time we got back from doing anything, it was closed.
It rained one day and everything closed down. There wasn't anything to do there on a rain day.
Pros: This place is actually quite nice. The amenities are great, the staff is easygoing and helpful, and the rooms are a good size.
Cons: My room had hair still stick to she shower walls and on the tub. Not a lot, mind you, but enough to notice. A doshtowel that had fallen between the counter and stove was overlooked by the cleaning crew, and looked dingy enough, I chose not to retrieve it, and walking through the living room barefoot, I got a couple of small glass shards stuck in my foot.
For me, it's not enough to say "hey i need money off", but its enough to at least leave a review so the hotel and other customers know what to expect. Honestly, I'll likely be back, AND bring my family... just think the cleaning crew needs to be more detail oriented.
Pros: Waterpark for kids
Cons: Tiki bar to stay open after hrs for adults
Access to different buildings
Pros: Water park for the kids. Nice room.
Cons: Waiting for elevator. 10am check out.
Pros: I like liki tiki because was clean and have a lil water park, my 4 year old have a great time
Cons: The bed was very small
Pros: My new husband and I enjoyed our wedding night/ weekend at the resort. Didnt check in til 12am, so we went straight to bed. The rooms were very nice, and equipped with a nice comfy king sized bed. The jacuzzi tub was great for a romantic bath for us newlyweds. The weekend was very hectic for us, so unfortunately we did not get to experience what the resort had to offer. The pool looked great from a distance, and we heard the laughter of children having fun. The tiki bar looked nice as well for the adults. Would definitely recommend this resort for couples or families. Close to the main road of 192 (we live in st cloud), but the resort is off the road to not here traffic. So close to disney, so everyone can enjoy the parks. Got this resort of Kayak for a deal, and definitely worth it!
Cons: The pool/ entertainment was surrounded by a few buildings
Pros: This property is wonderful for families with kids. The pool was great. I was happy to see the pool lounge/bar being renovated and will have to plan another trip to see the finished product.
Cons: We had two separate reservations and was told we could combine in order to not have to change rooms. The elevator was out of service in our building and, because of this, we chose to change rooms. Had the elevator been functioning properly we would not have needed to move.
Pros: The kids love the water park. It's great for your money. It have enough on the resort that you don't have to leave. We really enjoyed our stay! !!!
Liki Tiki Village by Diamond Resorts is a 64-acre hotel in southwest Orlando, a half-hour drive from Orlando International Airport. Guests can drive 10 minutes to Walt Disney World Resort, 22 minutes to SeaWorld®, and 32 minutes to Universal Orlando.
Pros: I loved every thing about this place! Best value for your money hands down!
Pros: Loved the layout of the villa. Very nicely decorated and we were close to one of the smaller pools. The week we stayed there were no crowds to speak of so no issues there. We spent most of our time at Disney but it was great to be able to cook an spread out while in the room. The 2 bedrooms are spacious and perfect for a family. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The grounds are huge! When I stay there again, I would definitely try to use more of the features available.
Cons: There is an upcharge to use the area with slides and some of the features. The staff checking us in (we encountered anyway) although very professional, was not especially friendly. One of the women at the reception desk would not smile no matter how hard we tried! Maybe she was just having bad day. We had a split stay so we actually stayed in two different rooms. The second one had a musty smell in the bathroom. All of this is rather picky because the place is actually really beautiful and comfortable. But it kept me from giving the 5 stars.
Pros: Nice large pools near reception area
Cons: Lazy river very overcrowded and inconvenient bracelet requirement. Nickel and dime policy
Pros: Lazy river pool for children
Lots of good recreational opportunities for young children
Villas well equipped and peasant for family living
Staff very responsive
Facilities well maintained
Cons: children's programmes often cancelled or not good
paying $ 5 to see a Gatorland promotion
high sales orientation after you left the front desk.
Pros: This is the second time we've been to the resort and we love it! Great location and nice grounds. This will be resort of choice for our Disney vacations. Great value!
Cons: Food at the Breeze's was not good.
Pros: Love holiday Inn very inclusive, great atmosphere for kids and adults it's a resort you can grow into we just got married and had a wonderful honeymoon we didnt ever want to leave and are coming back for my birthday!
Cons: How shallow the lazy river is
Pros: Loved the lazy river but had to rent the rubes to use in it. Many activities but had to pay for everything.
Cons: Checked in and SOMEONE WAS IN OUR ROOM! Reported it and was told it was house keeping taking their break! Awful customer service, handled it poorly. No follow up from hotel yet and we checked out yesterday.
Pros: Pool was nice. Room was fine. Probably would have been OK to visit as a family but as a couple with some friends it was not ideal. Front desk extremely nice and helpful.
Cons: Had to pay to use a float at the pool even if you found one just floating around. Couldn't have your drink in a plastic cup at the edge of the pool. Horrible housekeeping staff knocked on our door before 9am and basically told us to leave. No extra towels as I had requested. Had to call 2 times to get them as well as the sheets for couch bed. Breezes restaurant on site had horribly slow service. Misinformed server. Very difficult to find our room.

Pros: Quiet location, clean lots of restaurants nearby pleasant staff. Good breakfast.
Pros: Very friendly staff, clean, and felt safe. The carpet in the halls were somewhat stained. Overall very nice for the money.
Cons: The breakfast was average.
Pros: We had made reservations at another hotel for 5 days. After checking into that place, we found out that the room was a complete dump. We promptly checked out and got a refund. Called the Palms and was quoted one price. It was a little more than what we were spending on the other room, but after traveling nearly 7 hours and arriving at nearly 9 pm we needed a place to stay. Checked Kayak and the rate was lower than what the hotel quoted. Booked the room online and we were in our room in less than 45 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean. Rooms were spacious and updated. Housekeeping cleaned our room daily during our stay. The breakfast was filling (seemed as if everyone in the hotel ate breakfast every morning!!). It was quite busy for it to be a smaller hotel (maybe due to it being a holiday weekend). There is also a shuttle that goes to the Disney parks. I had no complaints regarding the hotel only towards the many guest. We stayed on the first floor and all the guest had to pass our room to get to the lobby. It got pretty loud early in the mornings which made it difficult to sleep in. My recommendation to the hotel would be to put a sign in the hallway on the first floor for guest passing through to be quiet especially in the mornings. Other than that, we had no issues with the hotel and would definitely stay there again.
Pros: The lady at the front desk in the mornings was great! Our air conditioner didn't work and she had it replaced within a few hours of us mentioning it to her. The free breakfast was decent, nothing too special, but it was free.
Cons: They were doing some renovations when we were there so there was noise outside at 8:30 am and the pool was closed. But that won't be a problem after the renovations were finished. The pool is pretty small, so I wouldn't plan days of relaxing by the pool because it's simple and small. Our room had a weird musty smell but if you spray some Febreze it's not too bad.
Pros: The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was good.
Cons: I didn't like the breakfast, specially the oatmeal and the scrambled eggs. The coffee was good!
Pros: I liked that there was no extra fees for parking, breakfast, etc like many hotels in the area.
Cons: the smell of the room , humid.
Pros: The rooms were clean. Nice place for the money.
Cons: Rooms were a little small.
The Galleria Palms Hotel is conveniently situated just 1 mile from Walt Disney World Resort's main entrance and within 15 miles of Universal Studios and Sea World, making it easy to get to nearby attractions. Galleria Palms Hotel guest rooms are decorated in an elegant neutral palette. Amenities include pillow top mattresses, 32 flat-panel TVs with HBO and cable channels, toiletries, microwaves, refrigerators, and granite counter-tops.The Galleria Palms Hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool, scheduled shuttle service to area theme parks, wireless Internet access, and deluxe continental breakfast.
Pros: Everything was great, is clean, beds comfy, breakfast have everything and delicious. Great place for everybody (mature couples, families, young couples) and is close to restaurants, attractions, shopping places.
Pros: Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Room and bathroom seemed clean and in good condition. Neutrogena bath products. Beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast choices included: oatmeal, bagels, English muffins, toast, muffins, pastries, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, fruit (grapefruit, melon, pineapple), yogurt, cereal, and Mickey Mouse waffles. Seating area was furnished/decorated well with pretty chandeliers. Coffee/tea/cookies always available in lobby.
Cons: The thick outer curtains in front of the window (4th floor) could not be closed. Only the thin, inner see-through curtains. This was not something that was broken. It was meant to always stay open so unfortunately, the room could not be completely dark. It wasn't a big problem though. It wasn't bright. Just something to note if you require pitch black rooms.
Pros: Very clean and spacious room. Looked updated. Close to Downtown Disney, so location was very convenient.
Cons: The only major problem was the noise in the hotel. The walls between the rooms were extremely thing. I clearly hear the conversations the family next door to us had all morning and night.
Pros: 15 minutes to Disney and SeaWorld. Next to a gas station and Walmart if you need anything.
Cons: Everything looks at least 15 years old. NOT disgusting. Just stale and unmaintained.
The breakfast was repetitive and cheap. Stayed 4 nights. Same breakfast all 4 mornings. The "fresh" fruits of pineapple, grapefruit, oranges, and papaya were from a can (bad smell and taste). I ate yogurts and bagels. My kids ate cereal (Cheerios and Fruit Loops). Nothing better available.
The master bed mattress was worn out and lumpy. The fold out bed mattress from the couch was like sleeping on a pile of uneven rocks.
Pros: Very convenience overall
Pros: The beds were very comfortable (top priority). Room had nice layout. Everything worked.
Cons: The fire alarm battery went off at 3:30 AM. It took 30 minutes to find the night watch and get the problem fixed (Hampton Inns was nice enough not to charge us for the night). The towel rack was bent. The air conditioning compressor was quite loud.

Cons: Out dated needs repair facility seemed seedy and grimy to put it best
Cons: Shower is separated from the bedroom by a frosted glass door! Are you kidding me?? There are kids in the room and you can see right into the shower, it offered no privacy for the person in the shower!! Needs to change !! Put up a real wall!!
Pros: After my review on Trip Advisor, I was slightly nervous about booking. Once we got to our suite, we couldn't figure out what anyone had to complain about. We stayed for 6 nights. After 2 nights we were offered a poolside suite, because they were going to be paving and didn't want the noise to bother us. If you are one of those people that is just looking for the slightest imperfection to complain about, fork out the cash to stay at the Grand Floridian. For the non-complainers, this place is perfect. We stayed for 6 days and don't have a single complaint.
Pros: A bunch of towels nice
Pros: Everything was great!
Cons: The security and staff interrupting the service desk every few moments for unimportant things, while they're trying to provide service to guests was the only issue I had with the hotel.
Pros: I loved everything about the room, I was surprised by how much room it had.
Cons: I stayed in room 213 and my sliding door in the room did not open. I had a garden view near the playground and some of the guests were very loud during the late night/ morning which woke me up quite early and the channel selection wasn't my cup of tea.
Pros: I enjoyed the pool with my family
Cons: The old tube tv in the bedroom
Pros: Both of us felt that the Westgate Towers was very good in all aspects.
Cons: The quality of the coffee in the room could be better.P
Pros: Loved the master room with the work whirl pool to tub
Cons: Are shower room501a never got hot I had to take cold showers
Pros: it was confortable and affordable
Pros: I liked the kitchen and the staff was nice.
Cons: The sign was half burnt out so you couldn't find the place very well. The hallway where we stayed smelled like marjuanaa smoke which we called and complained that it was coming into the room. Then my wife looked under the bed and there were bugs in it and flipped out on me and we had to check out right then! I'm still waiting for a refund from the manager

All units feature contemporary décor and offer wireless Internet access (surcharge), cable television with complimentary premium channels, DVD/VCR, air conditioning, marble jetted tubs and in-room safes. Housekeeping is available weekly. Pets are allowed (surcharge; certain restrictions apply).
Cons: Dated. Small double beds, tiny refrigerator, no ice available nearby
Pros: It was relatively close to the parks and didn't cost a ton.
Cons: The first thing the staff did was try to get us to visit a time share meal. They acted very annoyed and dismissive when we declined. Our room was fine until we realized our toilet was leaking probably due to a faulty sealing at the base. The staff came the next day to fix it but left all the defiled and dirty towels used to clean and contain the issue in our room as a present for us. When the staff was notified of the remaining filthy towels they were unresponsive. Would not recommend the place.
Cons: They have Karaoke four nights per week. My building was probably 1/4 mile from the event. I could hear every singer while laying in bed even though I had ear plugs in. It lasts until midnight. If this would bother you stay away. I saw one review that said the place was quiet. It is on nights without karaoke.
Pros: The pool activities and the Karaoke were the most fun for our family to enjoy together. The facilities were clean, and the staff were courteous.
Cons: This was my second stay and I rated it as okay. After a long drive into town my room wasn't ready. My family and I had to sit around for over an hour and wait for our room to be available. We went to a presentation for a timeshare and the saleswoman was pushy, rude, and argumentative. We were locked out of our room at one point in our stay. And last but not least, I called for towels at 7 am, and they didn't come until 10. Super slow service. My first experience was great, the second one, not so good.
Pros: the rooms where nice size.
location is central to all events.
Cons: the elevator broke at 430 am and buzzed for 2 hrs out side my bedroom very loud.
took staff foever to stop the noise.
rooms are not sound proof you here everything. people waiting for elevator talking to the door opening and closing. I had a very poor nights sleep.
Then the resort asked if we would be willing to tour facility and buy in to time share, out guide was very nice but the manager of time share division was very rude to us and cocky. I was interested in buying in to this resort till my run in with the manager. He was so rude.
Pros: Everything was amazing. . The king suites are definitely the way to go.. the whirlpool tub was everything! Be sure to book the exact amount of days you want though. I tried to book an extra day but was told id have to move to another building because someone was checking in behind us. So we just checked out as scheduled. . But other than that.. wonderful. .
Cons: $10 a day resort fee & not enough parking
Star Island Resort and Club puts you within a 15-minute drive of Gatorland® and offers airport drop-off service (available 24 hours) for USD $72 - $82 per vehicle. Guests can grab a bite to eat at the coffee shop/café and visit the spa to be pampered with deep-tissue massages, aromatherapy, or reflexology. 2 outdoor pools and 2 poolside bars are other highlights, and condos feature jetted tubs and kitchens.
Pros: Affordable, good location, quiet, pretty comfortable bed, nice staff, easy parking, sufficient water pressure/heat in the shower.
Cons: Dirty bathroom. Lackluster breakfast, but wasn't expecting anything special.
Pros: Check in was very fast. The beds are very comfortable and staff was very friendly also got to meet the general manager he went above and beyond to make sure our stay went great will book again
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff
Cons: Rooms a little crowded. Carpets need changing. Wifi did not work in the room.
Pros: The staff were very friendly, but the hotel was completely average. Nothing special, but also nothing of particular bad note. However, all of this is to be expected from a two star hotel at this price. The price was fantastic and it was close enough to the main parks of Orlando to make it worth your while.
Pros: Decent room and clean. Good location for theme parks as well as other attractions. Free breakfast with room and everyone was really nice.
Cons: Could use a few more things for the breakfast. Not for the healthy minded.
Pros: Good value for the money, located close to restaurants and Disney
Cons: There is no safe in the room bring a lock for your suitcase. Breakfast here is very limited but free
Pros: Rooms, while small, have nice furnishings, comfortable bed, flat screen tv.
Cons: hall rug is very worn, to the point it is showing signs of flooring under. At 2 in the a.m. someone started knocking on the door. When told the front desk no action taken. While the phone has a button for front desk did not work. Breakfast isn't worth chosen this place to stay. Very hard to find behind a closed restaurant and MacDonalds, For the money it is a place t put your head down, but........
Destiny Palms Hotel Maingate West puts you within a 15-minute drive of ChampionsGate Golf Club and Disney's Hollywood Studios®. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool or take advantage of nearby hiking/biking trails. Rooms offer flat-screen TVs, refrigerators, and designer toiletries.
Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and adequate accomodations. 3min from Animal Kingdom and Animal Kingdom Lodge.
Cons: Nothing blew us away, but nothing to complain about either.
Pros: 1 mile or less from Disney. Clean and comfortable and quiet when we were there and our room faced the main 192 street. Plenty of places to eat. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Decent hot and cold breakfast. Small fridge and microwave in room were very convenient. In room safe for valuables. We would stay there again.
Cons: Breakfast ended at nine and some mornings that was too early for us. Beds were softer than we like but we had 2 queen so got to choose.
Pros: The staff was great, room was clean, breakfast was good! We will stay there again.
Pros: The proximity to all things Disney World was a huge feature for this hotel. Also the local eating options were such a bonus to help make an affordable quick trip to Disney. There was plenty of space for my family of 4. The breakfast, though not the highest quality, was plentiful and varied. It helped start our day right!
Cons: We were disappointed that the pool closed at least 2 1/2 hours early and they did not open the pool up because they couldn't find the key. The kids were disappointed.
Pros: The rooms were nice and clean. The hotel overall looked well kept and location was great for where we were going.
Cons: The bathroom was very clean only the toilet didn't flush as well and the face basin didn't drain quickly
Pros: Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Convienat store in hotel!
Pros: The Staff was friendly and our room smelled like fresh linen!! It was 2 miles from the Disney Parks. I would definetly stay here again!
Pros: Convenience near Disney , bed were comfortable , good selection of breakfast - abundant supply
Cons: Poor directions esp using Google. It led us in the heart of Kissimmee , a small street , totally far from the actual address.
Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: Smell of seafood oriented restaurant near lobby. The smell was not present in the rooms.
Pros: + Free breakfast
+ Friendly staff
Cons: - Room had a strong smell of mold
- Barely any space in the shower
Pros: Bunk beds in the room for the kids
Behind every great day is a great night at the newly renovated Comfort Inn Maingate hotel in Kissimmee, FL near Old Town. Enjoy amenities like free hot breakfast, free WiFi, outdoor heated pool, guest laundry facilities, fitness center and free weekday newspaper. Guest rooms include a refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer and coffee maker. Also, earn rewards including free nights and gift cards with our Choice Privileges Rewards program.
Cons: $18.00 resort fee...was excluded but in the fine print of the kayak.com fine print
Cons: Room was misrepresented the pictures on the different value sites are not the pics of this hotel it is a sister hotel villa and description is a lie. This is a run down hotel and it was a horrible experience.
Cons: When I went to check in there were numerous hotel guests waiting at the front desk. They were all waiting with complaints. While trying to check in, one guest came in and asked if her new room was ready. The clerk at the desk wasn't aware of what was going on. The guest proceeded to show the clerk her neck, which had several bug bites all along her neck. The guest then said that they were having to move rooms because her room had bedbugs and the exterminator couldn't come spray until the room was clear. At that point, I politely asked to cancel my reservation and asked to not be charged for the room. They were polite about the problem and worked to cancel my reservation. I received the refund on my credit card within about a week and a half.
Pros: Clean rooms , pools and hot tubs were great
Cons: Didn't like breakfast and u had to ask for towels for ur room
Pros: I liked the location and the amenities the hotel offered. Cool pool with a tiki bar. room was clean and comfortable
Cons: Staff was very unprofessional and lacked experience. All of the staff seemed to be not trained at all or first day on the job. I saw two employees with their shirt off just right outside of the hotel door. Very unprofessional!!!!! Not to mention our door didn't close properly and it wasn't treated as a priority. In the end, the hotel needs new employees or train to the ones they have properly. Also, maybe fix a few things around to really bring the place to its full potential.
Pros: Leaving and Coming home to sleeping in my own bed.
Cons: there were many things about this hotel, that i did not like. For one it was the cleanliness of the rooms. the first room we went in had cockroaches. as soon as i turned the light on, a cockroach ran across the couch. Then i complained and they said it was a palmetto bug….um no the fu.. it wasn't. i live in florida and i know what they look like. And that sir was a cockroach. secondly the rooms were so flithy. the air vents were so disgusting, and there was mold on the shower head. common sense would tell them not to use plastic shower heads, because they grow mold inside and out. the thing looked like it had never been cleaned. we found hair on the comforter, from who knows how many guests ago. The lobby is very nice and it will have you thinking that, your room will be just as beautiful. WRONG it is very dated and you can see the stains in the carpet and upholstery. Also they would not give me a refund, because when i first got there, they said i was there for an hour already. which was not true, we switched rooms in less than an hour and then decided this was not the place for us to stay. Overall the experience was just horrible, do not make the mistake and book this hotel.
Pros: Pools, hot tubs and close to the parks
Cons: Breakfast eggs and potatoes every morning no breakfast meats how much eggs and potatoes can a person eat
Pros: The area where it was located was ok.
Cons: They didn't tell me about a resort fee until i checked in did they tell me.
The carpet looks really dirty, they should change it.
The elevators are old and not well kept.
There was NO WATER on vending machines.
The bathroom door in our room was all scratched and not well painted.
By mistake i went to the 4th floor and it had a discousting odor.
Overall this hotel should just take better care of their rooms and elevators and hallways.
The room space was good but i just felt uncomfortable and not clean.
Woulnd't stay here again unless they took better care of their hotel and INFORMED ME OF ANY FEE'S BEFORE ARRIVAL.
Pros: Nice resort. Clean.
Cons: Only two elevators for 7 floors, sometimes took a while. Renovating. Bed was not the comfiest. Did not have a flat-screen like in the pics/description.
Pros: The pools were very nice and adult as well as kid friendly. They also had putt putt which was fun.
Cons: The hallways smelled like smoke. The room was not cleaned well and somedays not at all. Our sheets were not changed in the five day stay. There was meldew in the bathroom. The tub did not drain well nor did the sink. The water taste is awful. Many areas in the city filtered the water, but this hotel did not filter the room water.
Pros: Easy access to Walt Disney World and centrally located.
Cons: Breakfast consisted mainly of various type of bread, like bagels and rolls, with a bulk yogurt bowl and hard boiled eggs. No hot food. Traffic is heavy around this location.
Inn at Calypso Cay Lake Buena Vista South features a free water park and puts you within a 15-minute drive of Gatorland® and Aquatica. After taking a dip in one of the 3 outdoor pools, you can grab a bite to eat at the restaurant or unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. There's a water park and a poolside bar, and in-room conveniences include refrigerators and microwaves.
Cons: Bed was hard, had a musky odor that would not go away (even after spraying febreeze) ...small facilities not much to offer...room did not get cleaned and when called for towels did not receive any.
Pros: The hotel was very nice and clean. We didn't get to see much of the property because most of our time spent there was sleeping. The shower was bigger than a regular hotel shower and the pressure was perfect!
Cons: Our room was connected to another and I could hear everything the family in the next room was saying or doing. My bed was a little hard
Cons: The lights in the room didn't work. It was the smallest room I have ever stayed in and the grounds were HORRIBLE to navigate. My room was across the street and through a section of buildings poorly labeled. The suit numbers were not easy to figure out and even being at the right building it was hard to find. I had booked my room the same day and time as a co worker and for the same price they received a condo pretty much, full kitchen, washer/dryer and I stayed in what looked like a broken down closet.
Pros: The room itself was nice with amenities such as a toaster, microwave, and dish set. It was clean and very conveniently located (near Disney).
Cons: The walls of the mini-suite were very thin so I could hear everything going on in the next room (TV, conversations) until late in the night. The heater only blew cold air, the room, even in the middle of the day, never got above 64 degrees and went as low as 56 in night making it difficult to sleep. There was also very limited parking, coming back from Disney on Saturday night I was unable to park anywhere near our room.
Pros: Pretty good overall. it was clean and stocked nicely in the kitchen as far as dishes/pans. The pool was somewhat near our room and besides screaming kids one night, it was very nice and relaxing in the hot tub.
Cons: The windows barely closed and locked, and being on the first floor facing the back of the woods is kinda creepy. The bed and other furniture wasn't comfortable at all and there was no comforter on the bed. Our room keys "expired on Sunday and we weren't leaving till Thursday, and we came back to our room late at night and very tired. Not sure why the key they gave as in return didn't expire for another 8 days?! Oh and the room we had was connected to another next to us, so their bathroom was next to our living room and their bedroom in our kitchen. Awkward exchanges of words is what happened all week. Disappointed but content.
Cons: They have a list of activity for kid family, waiter for them to start but they never did , that's the only thing that was wrong.
Cons: Mold in the room. Place was under construction. Room was located far away from main building.

Pros: The room was clean and included all kitchenware in the kitchen, which was nice since we cooked our own meals. The pool is great, also.
Cons: The front desk clerk at check in was friendly but not very effective at his job. Check in took 30 minutes! I had 2 reservations and the 2nd room was for my brother and his family. He didn't check my ID, or my sister-in-law's ID when he took our credit cards. Later, my mother approached the same clerk, never having met him before, and asked for a spare key, which he gave her without asking for ID and despite her name not having been added to the room.
The first night of our stay my car was broken into and things were taken from my car. I called the front desk, and the young lady was not even sympathetic and told me to call the police myself. Later, I called the front desk make them aware of the police report and asked to speak to a manager. The manager was not available, which was fine with me. I was aware the hotel was not liable, even for their lack of cameras in parking area . They sent over a security guard, who arrived on the defense. He said he was the only guard on duty for the whole property but there was no way a break in could happen. The guests across from us also filed a police report for their vehicle being broken into also, I told him. He insisted it was not true and since my window hadn't been broken, there was no way someone accessed it. He kept saying we were lying. He got very loud and offensive at that point, in front of our children, and I asked him to leave. He kept yelling and getting closer to my brother, insinuating he was going to get physical with him for insisting we were telling the truth about the break in. The guard repeatedly said "there are no cameras and this is between us." We felt threatened, until my brother finally asked him to leave and he did. The next morning, the front desk staff was rude, as if we were trouble makers. Nobody ever apologized, which is all we were after all along.

Pros: It was ok. The rooms are big and clean. Nice pool.
Cons: The front desk wasn't super friendly
Pros: The room was spacious and clean. Pool was clean and large. Continental breakfast was great for price of room.
Pros: helpful clean close to parks the concierge was great very helpful
Pros: Great value hotel near Disney and all Kissimmee has to offer. Great pool area, adequate breakfast buffet included. Seems like it was recently renovated. Air in our room did not work great and room felt humid, but bearable.
Pros: Bed was really comfortable- king size
Cons: Floors felt like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Few on ataff speak English. Breakfast foods were good but area extremely crowded and cleanup crew couldn't/didn't stay ahead of the mess. A few nice amenities. Very close to Disney parks.
Pros: Beds were super comfy, decent price. Breakfast was really good. Night time greeter at the check in desk was only employee that was nice to us. Really close to the Disney parks.
Cons: They mentioned a 50 hold fee on credit card that would be removed at check out but then never said anything about the random 10 bucks a night service fee (not a big deal but a heads up would've been nice). Breakfast area was a little chaotic/over full. The room we were placed in had a wonky shower head (slightly broken)/the handle to change temperature was offset (only realized at the end of my shower that it could've been warmer)
Cons: Called to request early check-in and was told it was not an option since hotel was sold out. I then informed the front desk that we would be checking in late, after the parks (approx. 11PM) and specifically requested they not give our 2 Queen Bed room away. As soon as we walked in the room, it was obvious there was only 1 bed and a couch. We went to the front desk and requested the room we paid and called ahead for and were told "take it or leave it!" At almost midnight, on a holiday weekend and with two young girls we were not going to drive around town. We asked that the manager call us the next day or that we be accommodated to another room the next day when someone checked out. No one ever followed up. The WORST customer service ever!
Pros: Got it for a decent price on kayak, would not have wanted to pay full price for it. Decent location for Disney and shopping. Fridge and microwave were clean.
Cons: There were bugs in the bathroom. Room had a weird smell to it
Pros: If you just need a clean place to sleep, this place is excellent for that. Nothing fancy but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly and the location was convenient.
Cons: Not much that I didn't like. I got a pretty good rate so no complaints there. I would not spend a lot of money to stay here and there are definitely more luxurious options, but if you need a quick stay or are on a budget it's definitely a great choice. It does have a mini fridge and a microwave however I have a hard time calling it a "suite" although by definition I suppose it is. Overall, still a great stay.
Pros: Location , staff , pool ,
Cons: Food, a/c system was very loud - couldn't sleep! And bad smel in the room( damp)
Pros: The beds were confortable. Liked that it had a big pool. Didnt swim. Liked restaurant options around hotel
Cons: There were roaches in the room. I killed 4 of them. The staff was not friendly. The breakfast was disgusting. Worst food i have ever tasted at a hotel. Needs lots of work. I was not happy paying 96.00 for this room. I love using kayak and ise it a lot. Didnt know u use hotels like this though.
Pros: that it was fairly inexpensive....though it ended up coasting us more then we had paid for the previous week at a very high end resort!
Cons: We were promised a suite and did not get it. The internet connection was sooooo slow that nothing would open on the computer. Jonathan told us he would fix the charges to our account and never did and Nicole and Michael refused to when we checked out after only 2 nights.

Pros: Lots of activities for the kids
Free Disney movies at the theater
Cons: Fantastic waterpark but only for owners - wasn't aware of this at booking
Pros: I liked that there was a small kitchen in the one bedroom unit. I liked that they had a free shuttle to the theme parks - although if you went early you had to return before the park closed. We got a ride there and used Uber to return - cheeper than parking.
Cons: The door connecting our unit to the next unit was not very sound proof. We could hear everything that was said in that unit - the conversations, the tv, the swearing, the yelling - everything.
TV was small and out of date - no High Def - Only Analog.
Fire alarm went off during the night.
You have to pay to use the internet.
You have to pay to use the gym.
They had a breakfast buffet that I would not recommend. I have had better breakfasts at a hotel that has a complimentary breakfast. They offered french toast that was rock hard. Fruit was hard as well. Not many options of things to eat to choose from.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and very helpful.
Cons: It was very disappointing that the mini golf and paddle boats closed at 6pm. It doesn't even get dark till 8pm. The decor was outdated, the sofa couch was extremely uncomfortable.
Pros: everything you need is on the property. rooms spacious. washer/dryers in unit
Cons: too much confusion with our reservation. took too long to resolve. wasnt pleased.
Pros: Always a nice place.
Cons: I waited in line for 45 minutes just to check in. This is the second time in a row that check in has been that long. Also the room was older and in need of some upkeep. We got a room that had a hot tub in it. Well that hot tub in this room was a small bath tub with jets in it, which wouldn't have been to bad but the jets where not working.
Pros: I love the comfort of the room!!!
Cons: They need more help at the check-in desk.
Pros: Great curb appeal and on resort facilities.
Cons: I booked this online. The pictures looked beautiful. I chose a studio kitchenette and thought that I got a great deal. When I arrived, the property was gorgeous. I drove through security and straight up to the registration desk and still, it was like being in the land of Oz. They gave me my keys and a map of the facilities and I was on my way. Once I arrived to my section of the resort, it was like I was staying in section 8 housing. Absolutely terrible. I can't go into detail with the limited space here, but I would have been much better off at a motel 6. I won't use this property again and suggest other look elsewhere.
Pros: Staff is very nice. Grounds are well kept. And rooms are magnificent.
Pros: Their staff are amazing! A special thank you to Victor to moving my family into a nicer suite due to misrepresentation of booking off of a travel site with no additional cost.
Westgate Vacation Villas Resort features a marina and puts you within a 15-minute drive of Walt Disney World® and Disney's Hollywood Studios®. Guests can take a dip in one of 14 outdoor pools or enjoy American cuisine at Drafts Sports Bar, one of 3 restaurants. There's a water park and a poolside bar, and in-room conveniences include refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: That it was quiet and the staff was very friendly.
Cons: I saw a Roach as soon as I checked in my room.
Cons: When checking in I was charged an additional fee.
Pros: If you plan to visit Disney World and Universal for whole day and gonna stay here only for night then it is good.
Cons: Close to eateries and WDW and Universal
Pros: Everything was clean the staff super friendly, they gave me complimentary late check out to their already later than average checkout.
Cons: Mattress were uncomfortable and the continental breakfast only consisted of bagels and beverages but overall a good deal for the price.
Pros: The value for the money was quite good. I appreciated the pool area, and it was nice to have breakfast included. The breakfast was nothing special, but at such a low rate you really can't complain.
Cons: The views from the rooms that face the parking lot are rather depressing.
Pros: The rooms were clean, comfortable and for a great price!
Cons: Would have liked to see a few more "hot" offering for breakfast and the outlets in our room did not work properly for some of our devices.
Pros: Proximity to Disney. If this is the only way for you to go, I guess it's an option, we were just passing through - but I really think staying in this dump would ruin the rest of your Disney experience.
Cons: Bugs. Smells terrible. Sketchy people. Not enough parking. I think I've seen this place on "COPS"
Pros: Friendliness of front desk staff and cleanliness of the room
Cons: Feels kind of insecure
Breakfast is terrible
Cons: The bathroom shower was clogged. When I arrived the TV was on. I turned it off and it would not turn up again. I told this to the manta the check out and he did not say anything.
Pros: Location was good. Pool was super clean and huge.
Cons: Beds hard as hell.
Carpets sticky and nasty
Room smelled horrible
Pros: Rooms are clean, location is great
Cons: 5 bar wifi signal in room. never able to connect for data. staff said was in a "dead zone" for a fee could upgrade my room for wifi. breakfast was bagels and juice/coffee only
