Car was not 'really' clean -- esp. around the inner door frames where you touch getting in and out. I cleaned the inside windshield. Car rental was not at airport, was offsite at an old hotel which was very strange. Shuttle was broken down upon arrival and not running for our departure. We had to take an Uber to the airport which was very inconvenient because we were traveling with a car seat and a small child. So, my flight was delayed and I tried calling to let them know that but the number that they gave me in the email was disconnected. I had to call priceline to get to them. When I called to let them know I will be late they just said to call them when I get to the airport. So when I arrived at the office there was no one in the front. I waited a while until they finally came out and then when I told her who I was and what I was renting the lady said that it would be good to let them know that I was going to be late and I told her I did call to let them know. Seem like they don't have any good communication. Also we had to gas up right away because the gas tank was full.10.0 Wonderful

We were a group of six getting two cars. We waited outside for over a half hour. When your van finally arrived the rest of the people that came out after us rushed to the van and climbed in. Leaving us one seat. We were told that he would be back in 20 minutes or so to pick us up. Another rental was there in fact this was their third trip there while we were waiting for our guy to show up the first time. He offered us the same deal and we went with them maybe you need to have better service for pick up. We had two ladies that were almost 70 standing out in the sun waiting.
