Pros:The staff was very friendly and efficient. They offered another car as an option so I wouldn’t have to wait. Even though I didn’t take that option my car arrives quite quickly anyway. My rental car was a mini copper countryman and it was fantastic.Cons:Nothing.Reviewed 3 Mar 2019

Pros:The staff was super helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. Car was clean and in good shape. Pros:The value for what I got out of the car and its reliability over a 1,400 mile trip (for only $200) was second to none. Eric was very nice, even let me hold my stuff there so I could check out the pier for a half hour. No complaints whatsoever. I was actually feeling apprehensive because of all the bad reviews, but maybe some people are just more picky than others. I was very happy with my experience.Reviewed 26 Mar 2017

Pros:No hassles picking up and with dropoffCons:I returned the vehicle and 5 days later I received an email saying there was a damage which was not pointed out when I delivered it, and which I had nothing to do with. Might have happended after I delivered it.Reviewed 13 Jan 2017

Santa Monica great/ SF kayosPros:The woman to the counter was very friendly, efficient and made the transaction a pleasure. With good humor she told me that I was receiving am "upgrade" to a car that I did not really want.Cons:You did not have the small car that I had reserved and I ended up with a big boat of a car.
