Upon arriving in Milan Italy, we had to change our plans at the last minute, and went to the SIXT counter at the airport. I booked online while standing at the terminal and when we got there, it would’ve been a delay with the car I reserved. Fortunately, they were able to get us a better car at a similar price which was immediately available. The experience and service went above and beyond. Special thanks to Sara Faize who worked at making the process very easy and satisfying.. Sara gave us her contact information and followed up with emails throughout our stay. Lots of fees that were not transparent. The taxes were 800 euro and we got stuck with a large SUV when we booked a sedan. Plan on paying 2-3 times the amount quoted.Reviewed 24 Sep 2023
