David Ray provided excellent service. Kind , efficient, upbeat all in a hectic environment that was operating above capacity. David convinced me that he was there to guarantee my satisfaction: The car presented was not to my satisfaction owing to MY in competence. He located and personally washed a car that met my initial intentions. This guy should be managing and informing your training strategies.

Pros:

Staff were great! Particularly Hunter who arranged things nicely. Charlie who picked mne up was great!

Cons:

Um location to where I was staying but I know things are limited. I dropped off a day early should be able to electronically track me and credit me one day rental. Need more drop off options. Should not be penalized for dropping at airport. Remember customers first! Your staff and equipment were great.

Actually I had to cancel my reservation with Sixt. There was not an option to book directly from Love Field, so I couldn’t get to the location that was booked. Therefore I canceled the reservation and was charged $100 which I think was unfair. I want prepay with a car rental ever again and will never book with Sixt rental car company. I think they are a bad rental car agency.
