Pros:

Staff behaved dismissively, had no availability and in two bookings I still ended up with no rental. Drove to 2nd location, smugly said can not help. Didn't have time to call to alert. Was aloof that I'd driven all the way there. No remedies

Cons:

Human kindness, respect for my time, money, own the problem, help solve. 1st instance, could have made pricing same for me as renter - co location pay difference for airport to honor reservation not pass cost to customer. Deceptively set expectations.

I was told there was no car for me and they would keep me updated. They never updated me. I had to make alternate plans

Letting me know the care was unavailable much more before the time of my pick up time or given me another vehicle

Nothing, got a call on the day of pickup to say no cars available!! Avis Recommended I not Avis phone other branches to check for availability! Unbelievable!! Nothing was available! So I had to book a car from a competitor at 3x the rate

Simple honoring of my reservation. I will be asking corporate for an explanation

The agent did his best. He was the only one there. Checking cars in and out. 3 people ahead of me. I was there for two hours. This is the third time in 3 months ive been there and the same poor guy still has no help. No one got the car they reserved. Everyone had to upgrade. That maybe false advertising and something I'm checking into. You can't take reservations knowing you don't have cars then try to sell and upgrade. Hertz cares nothing about their customers. That was obvious....don't go here you'll wish you had not. Enterprise is a few blocks away...

This office used a piece of paper to keep track of reservations rather than computer! Very disorganized and none of the staff seemed competent.

Pros:

The car was clean and I didn't have to wait long during pickup.

Cons:

I was told one rate and paid nearly 100% more. without many other options the day of, I was forced to pay which really disgust me. All of the car slots for drop off were filled and there was not really a place to park except an area where it clearly says "do not park". Not sure what they expect customers to do.
