Pros: We loved everything! The location (so close to clifton hill), breakfast in bed, french press coffee, complimentary champaigne, the upgrade they gave us, and the bed and towels! We will stay there again. Many people are complaining about parking, but $17 a day sounds reasonable compared to $50 a day charged at the hotels by the falls.
Cons: Exterior and the surrounding area are not as nice as we would have liked. But once you enter a room, everything changes.

Pros: Close enough to walk to all of the Niagara Falls attractions, but far enough off the main tourist spots to be quiet. You MUST eat at at the in-house restaurant, AG Inspired Cuisine -- it is DELICIOUS.
With a stay at Cadillac Motel in Niagara Falls (Fallsview), you'll be a 5-minute walk from Greg Frewin Theatre and 8 minutes by foot from Clifton Hill. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.

Pros: Check-in was good as she was very welcoming and accommodated our later check-in time. Bedroom was very clean. Window air-conditioner rattled at times in the night so we had to shut it off. Noisy on street in middle of the night as someone was rummaging through recycling garbage. Breakfast was excellent. Large portion and well prepared.

Pros: The hotel is conveniently close to all the attractions, yet it doesn't feel loud or crowded. We really took advantage of the indoor and outdoor pool, the spa, and the sauna. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. We had a great view of the park and the city landmarks. I've stayed in Niagara before and this was the better experience by far.

Pros: We stayed on the 22nd floor rm 2225 and the view was incredible! Smack in the middle of the falls. Bed was very comfortable and the staff were very nice! My only complaints were that I found hairs in the tub and the parking was extremely expensive $35 a night isn't in my budget so we parked the casino. Coffee in the room was horrible and also WiFi wasn't free in the rooms either. Overall worth to pay the upgrade for a falls view. And in my opinion the only way to go it truly was a million dollar view!

Pros: Very nice lobby with with Starbucks and a restaurant for your convenience. Our falls view room was spectacular .

Pros: The view from our room was magnificent! The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is in a great location - kind of at the end so as to not be excessively busy and loud - and within walking distance to many great locales. I would suggest buying the bus/tour package for local attractions - great value!
Cons: The room could looked clean on arrival. Housekeeping didn't do as great of a job as I am used to on subsequent days. I wasn't thrilled with the extra parking fee and taxes - to me it would be better to include it in the overall price and not charge additional for parking.

6.0
Pros: room was spacious and clean
Cons: The pictures on-line were doctored to make it appear that the marriott was in fact in the location that is actually the fallsview casino. I chose the hotel and paid extra for the view but felt mislead by the photo online. Also I was not given marriott points for my stay because of booking through a third party. I won't do that again.

8.8
Pros: You cannot beat the view. Amazing day and night. Close to all the action, the hotel is attached to the tram that takes you straight down to the observatory for the falls. There was a fireplace in the room! Hadn't seen that in a hotel before. Even if it's just for looks, it's a great romantic touch. All staff was extremely friendly. From the valet to the front desk. They even exchanged our currency for us at the current exchange rate. Comfy beds. Quiet hotel
Cons: A recent burst pipe flooded the lobby and first couple of floors a few weeks prior to our arrival, so a great deal of construction and renovations were underway during our stay. Drywall dust was everywhere in the lobby. But they explained why and the construction noise was not heard from our from at any time. Said they hoped to have it all complete by the next week

Pros: Came to this hotel basically for the view. Great to wake up seeing the Niagara falls.
Cons: Bathroom toilet was too small, not standard size. Wi-Fi should always be free for guest, shouldn't have to pay for something that is standard in other hotel chains. Parking was expensive!

9.4
Pros: All in an excellent Hotel in a unique location. The Morton's restaurant in the hotel is excellent (compliments to the chef!) and when mentioned that we are here for our wedding anniversary- they put in extra effort to make our stay as memorable as possible!
Cons: Prices are changing - so check twice. In our case I changed the package 3 times and finally found the best deal on the Mariott website itself- over $120 cheaper and with more perks (casino coupon & dinner coupon). Room service - could be a bit more attentive as they responded to only one of the three requests (no big things).

Cons: I did not like the parking fee, thought very expensive and not told about it till I got the bill.

Pros: I stayed here for a week with my partner to visit family in the area and explore the falls. The Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were cozy with duvet blankets and big pillows. The room was a spacious and relaxing atmosphere. Customer service was on point and staff was really friendly and accommodating. We will stay here again when visiting this area if we can find a decent deal again on rooms like we did this time.
Cons: We were charged for Wi-Fi when our stay was over which should be included. Parking at the hotel was expensive. After paying high prices for a room it seems unreasonable to have to pay $30 per night for parking. We booked our room through a booking company so our rate was a bit cheaper, but be prepared to have quite a bit of coin for parking. Restaurants and coffee shops in and around the hotel have huge price jumps. We found it better to travel away from the tourist areas for drinks and eats. There are plenty of amazing options that aren't far.

Pros: Location was good
Cons: They charge for parking. It isn’t that uncommon but being upcharged at the last minute make you feel like you are getting ripped off. But worse, we paid $15/day and they ran out of spots in the parking lot. They had several business Christmas parties that day so those attendees used the parking lot at no charge. They had a shared lot with a theatre down the street they told me I could use. Street parking was cheaper and closer but they refused to refund my parking for the day. It’s a small issue but I will not be returning to this hotel.

Pros: The view of the falls from the room is truly what you are paying for. Beds were very comfortable. Nice linens. Good housekeeping staff.
Cons: The nickel and diming for internet service and parking is very tacky. Although the room price looks okay when you book through Kayak or any other internet service, after taxes and parking add ons you pay roughly $100 more per night. Also, the hotel rugs and elevators need an upgrade. It is ludicrous for such a so-called luxury hotel to make guests compete for elevator service. It became a sport to get on one that wasn't full already and to guess which of four doors would open next that you had to leap for. The pool is ridiculously small for the facility, and packed with children at all hours.

Cons: Air conditioning was broken. Room was too hot and we couldn't do anything about it. Staff put an industrial fan in our room. Staff was very cold and didn't seem to care at all. Pros: I liked the friendly customer service
Cons: It was a Sheraton not a Marriott, I have stayed all over the world in Marriott but this one was sub-par. I could've stayed at Sheraton instead and pay a lot less than paying Marriott money but staying in a Sheraton. In all I would never stay at this hotel again.

Pros: The hotel itself is gorgeous. The view from our fallside room was amazing. Absolutely amazing. The bathroom and walk in shower was fantastic! The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful for all of our touristy questions!
Cons: The bathroom door, while very aesthetically pleasing, was not very functional for a group of people.. the door didn't close all the way (it was a sliding barn door type style) and it didn't allow for the bathroom activities to be "separate" from the rest of the hotel room. The only other issue I had was the paying for parking (two nights was $70) and the breakfast buffet, while very good, was $22 a person.. just a hair on the expensive side for those two items.

Pros: We were switched from two queens to a king with no charge. The breakfast buffet option was a good deal (just make sure you are hungry). Our hotel view of the falls was worth the extra money to wake up to and be able to watch the colors and fireworks at the falls at night.
Cons: I wasn't told up front how much parking was per day ($25) and I could have moved my car to cheaper lots had I known.

Pros: We liked the location best because it was within walking distance to everything. The pool was nice. The view of the falls was fantastic.
Cons: The room wasn't very clean but in an old, "needs to be renovated" kind of way. Something orange dropped from the shower head on our last day there and the mini fridge hummed the whole time. We had dinner at Milestones and the food came out so fast it was obvious that it was prepared before we got there and reheated before being served to us. Not exactly the classy dining experience they try to promote.
"This family-friendly Niagara Falls hotel is located on the Strip, within a 10-minute walk of IMAX Theatre Niagara Falls, Fallsview Casino and Skylon Tower. Scotiabank Convention Centre and Journey Behind The Falls are also within 1 mi (2 km). "

Pros: Arrived a little early but reception said rooms were not ready but would be ready at 3:30. She was curt and spent more time telling us what she could not do for us than actually helping. We pre checked in and We left for sightseeing and got back to the hotel at 3:25. Our rooms still not ready he told us to wait a few minutes in lobby. We waited 20 minutes in lobby until we told we can go up to our rooms.
Cons: The rooms were a disappointment. The rooms had a strong odor of chlorine because we were on a low floor above the pool. I am extremely sensitive to smells and it really bothered me but when I addressed this issue with reception he looked at me like I was crazy I was told for the price I paid this is the only rooms available but he could send someone to the room to check it out. I would not recommend this hotel

Pros: The hotel is walking distance to anything you'd want to see in Niagara. You can get free cookies from the concierge at check-in/check-out.
Cons: There was a faint smell of cigarettes in our room. The bed's dressing consisted of an uncovered duvet sandwiched between two flat sheets. I've never seen such a thing before. Our room was on the 7th floor with a balcony, which is accessible from a number of rooms. As a result, we got to listen to one woman's phone call as she paced the entire length of the balcony. The breakfast brunch is absolutely not worth the expense. Staff refused to remove the DMDF and DMDF HST charges from our bill, stating the chargers are "mandatory". The lack of transparency with these charges is super sketchy so double-check your reservation/agreement in advance.

Pros: The lobby was beautiful! Warm and inviting. The front desk staff are friendly .Our room was lovely. The beds are amazingly comfortable!! Big and fluffy, like a sleeping on a cloud. The rooms are clean, the towels were fluffy and big.. The coffee in maker in the room was perfect. I would have preferred more creamers.but still perfect. The hotel is centrally located between the falls and Clinton Hill. About a 15-20 min walk to each, We certainly got our exercise !!! The Aveda Spa is wonderful. We each had a 55 min massage with a scalp treatment that felt and smelled amazing!! The indoor pool and sauna was the icing on the cake!! Would absolutely stay here again!!! Napoli Italian restaurant located one block away is delicious!! Would certainly go for a delicious relaxing meal!! The Ossa buco gnocci is to die for!! Dont miss the illuminated falls. Spectacular!!
Cons: Be prepared to spend money. Food and entertainment is very expensive. This has nothing to do with the hotel. It is just reality in this area. Once i got over how $$$ everything is I relaxed, went with it and had a really enjoyable time.

Pros: The ambience of the lobby has a warm friendly feel...very nice.
Cons: For the price I shouldn't have had to pay for parking ($13) to only be told immediately after not responsible for my vehicle AND the SECURE lot next door was cheaper. We didn't complain but we feel that because we arrived (12:00) early for a 3:30 checkin they could've done better. We wouldn't stay here twice...sorry.

Pros: The hotel is super close to the falls and Clifton Hill area of Niagara, but not in the middle of the action so it's nice and quiet. We didn't have a view room, but we could still see part of the falls. There really isn't a bad room in the place. The pool is salt water and had an adult's only part for swimming laps which was appreciated.
Cons: There is an additional parking fee per night if you drive.

Pros: I LOVED the AMAZING view from the 12th floor of the Niagara Falls and the Ferries Wheel. Definitely family friendly with a 15 minute walk to arcades, restaurants, 4-D kids movies, bowling, laser tag, etc. My hubby and I will DEFINITELY return again in the Summer. The staff was AWESOME. BEST TRIP EVER!!
Cons: Don't change a thing.

Pros: The hotel lobby was beautiful and clean. It also had a full Starbucks beside the gift shop if you dislike the in-room coffee pot coffee. The room was very clean and the linens looked fresh and new. Overall, I would be happy to stay here again in the future.
Cons: The bath towels were rough and thin and didn't do much absorbing. Also, the basic room is only available as two queen size beds. To get a king size bed you have to upgrade to a jacuzzi suite. Not a deal breaker but also not very "couple friendly."

Pros: The location is perfect! The hotel is one block from the top of Clifton Hill, with bars and restaurants lining the streets. The falls are about a 10 minute walk and there are various bus routes within a 5 minute walk. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a map and recommendations as to where to eat. It is a clean, comfy, inexpensive option.
Cons: The hotel had several doors which said they could only be opened with a room key during the day and were locked between 12 am and 6 pm. This was not the case. I did not feel that the hotel was very secure, and being so close to a number of tourist attractions, this was worrisome. Although there may have been some confusion on our part, the hotel does NOT have an outdoor pool. Finally, although the lobby and main section of the hotel and newly remodeled, the section of the hotel we were in was in the back building, an older section that has not been remodeled. I do not know if this is due to the fact that we booked by a third party site, as the woman at reception pointed out at check in, or if this was just due to the amount of bookings. The newer section of the hotel was substantially updated compared to our area. We had a very old toilet, that actually need housekeeping attention during our stay, an extremely old shower head that did not really get all the shampoo out, and a faulty breaker that tripper while we were getting ready to go out.

Pros: The hotel was very clean and located very close to thestrip. There are two bars across the street but you do not hear anything once inside. Staff are incredibly polite and parking, although not included, was affordable. Perfect hotel for a family or couple at an affordable price
Cons: Although i would recomend the hotel, our fridge was barely cold enough to mildly chill a bottle of wine, and the settings knob not surprisingly missing. The other fault was air conditioning unit unable to keep up with the 85+ weather outside. It was a tad warm on our stay

Pros: Perfect location! Close walk down to falls & can take Incline back up to hotel, close to Casino, comfortable accommodations with indoor pool. Rooms with terrific falls view! Sometimes can get upgrade to higher floor or falls view room depending on occupancy. Stayed at many hotels here and keep coming back to Raddison.. It's the best value for price, comfort and location. Pros: I spent a nice birthday weekend here with my wife in the Fallsview suite with the jetted tube. Walking in to the room I was pleasantly surprised with how amazing the view of the falls were (identical to online photos). I ended up staying in my room majority of the time because the view was all I needed. It was breathtaking and relaxing from the sunrise view to the evening lights. Also, the jetted tube was extremely relaxing. I highly suggest spending a little extra money to stay in that room for a romantic weekend.

Pros: The main reason we choose the hotel is for the suite. We are two adults wanting privacy at night with the feel of two rooms.

Pros: Hotel was nice and in a good location, within walking distance of the falls, casinos, and the hotel restaurants.

Pros: Our room had an amazing view and it was clean and newly renovated. The air conditioner worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. The indoor pool is heated which was great to have since it was cold outside. Also, Tony Romas has a friendly bartender and a great breakfast buffet. Overall a great stay.
Cons: The only downsides to this hotel is that parking is $20 a day and the sleep number beds aren't the greatest. Its not that the beds are uncomfortable, its just that compared to some luxury hotel beds they're definitely lacking.

Pros: The location and free parking made this hotel very appealing.
Cons: The hotel felt dingy. The hallways are old and dark. When we first got to our room the tv and 4 separate lights didn't work. Apparently housekeeping likes to unplug everything (we were told this is a known issue and apparently one that has not been addressed). Not a huge deal, but any decent hotel would make sure everything was perfect by the time guests arrive. In addition the room didn't feel clean. There were a few pills on our floor and a small stain on the sheets. The sink also looked grimey. Free parking is great, but there was garbage EVeRYWHERE. Overall it just seemed like their wasn't much pride in whoever makes the decisions at the Holiday Inn. The staff was very kind and helpful, but whoever is making the big decisions needs to invest some $ into the place and clean it up a bit. After one night we cancelled the rest of our reservation and stayed at the Hilton in a studio suite with a view of the falls for the SAME PRICE!

Pros: The price, included free parking, and staff were all very nice. The hotel seemed to be within walking distance of everything, including the falls. It was also right next to Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville.
Cons: We got assigned a room that had vending machines directly outside of our room. We couldn't hear people but what was a bummer was that the extra space that was taken out of our room for the vending area was compensated by taking room from our balcony. This made it very small. Enjoyable none the less.

Pros: We came with two kids under 5. This hotel was reasonable walking distance to the falls with free parking, had clean rooms and a large pool.
Cons: The breakfast was not included however, and was rather pricey, even with the kids' breakfasts more or less free. I say more or less because the kids menu was restricted and you still have to pay tax on it. Speaking of tax, there is a hidden tourism tax on the room and food which the hotel did not mention. A family member told us about it after our stay. This tax is optional and you can ask for it to be removed--but only if you know it's there in the first place!

Pros: One of the only things that this hotel had in its "pros" column was the closeness to Niagara Falls, and the fact that we were able to check in 2 hours early.
Cons: Where do I begin? Once we checked in in the chlorine-scented lobby, we loaded our luggage in the elevator to head to our room. Because the hotel only has one spot for guest elevators, we spent the next 4-5 minutes walking the long and winding hallways to locate our room. Once in our room, we noticed the strange set up for the bathroom: toilet and shower/tub in a closed room, sink exposed in the main living area shielded only by a small wall. Moving into the bed/living room, our "view of the Niagara" was awfully green; apparently the trees hadn't been trimmed in a while. We called to the front desk to see if we could switch rooms. While the staff member was friendly, he informed us that because we booked a room with 2 double beds, he could do nothing for our concerning our "view." Since we drove 6+ hours to see Niagara Falls, we needed a place to park our vehicle while we explored. Fortunately, the hotel has a good sized parking lot that they allow guests to utilize...for a small fee of $25 per day. My next trip to Niagara, I will most likely splurge and book one of the nicer hotels neighboring Oak Hotel.

Pros: Our children gifted us a weekend away at the Oakes Inn. Upon arrival Saturday night, we had a slight wait to check in, a number of others checking in as well. Our room was immediately ready. We took one of three elevators to our floor and entered the room. The room itself was very clean and well laid out, reasonably well appointed as well. Being on the 4th floor we had a limited view of Niagara Falls, but the rooms do all face the falls. We were a good distance away from the elevators so noise was very miminal. They design of the elevators is actual very good, they are located athe front of the building while the rooms are at the back, so all shouldbe relatively quiet. The pool and hot tub, were clean and functioning and were vacant when my wife and I went to use them. Towels were available, but the next 4-5 guests would have had to do without. Breakfast was included with our package, it was served at the attached Appleby's restaurant. The food was served quickly and was hot and fresh. The location was great if you wanted to walk next door to the casino (which many were doing) or walk down to the falls. Lots of entertainment and restaurants nearby to keep you busy. We'd be happy to return to this hotel again any time. Four stars from us.

Pros: The only good thing was you were close to lots of fun stuff in Niagara Falls and could "kind of" see the falls from your window. (4th level)
Cons: They "upgraded" us in a room with a king sized bed that was actually a double bed made up for one adult. We had to call down twice for extra pillows. They actually put us in a wheelchair accessible room 421 with no tub, grab bars everywhere, and a chair in the shower. The water gets everywhere in the bathroom because there is no lip to keep the water in when we put the white towel on the floor to stop the water it turned black underneath from??? Dirty floors. There is no fan in the bathroom to remove the steam so when you shower it gets really hot and hard to breathe. Then, after you run the water there is this terrible rattling sound in the wall the pipes make. The dresser drawers are broken and hazards and never stay shut. When this was brought to the attention of staff upon checkout they basically apologized and said that "well we upgraded you, we would have put you on ground level outside in the motel next door with booking.com" because we only paid $265 for the night.. Who knew that the shitty motel next door to the hotel was actually a part of the hotel. It looks like somewhere you go to get murdered not a place you spend $300 bucks to stay. I suggest save your money and go somewhere else. Would only be worth it to spend maybe $50 but parking in itself is $25.

Pros: The view, pool and spa.
Cons: Had to go outdoors to get to breakfast (with hotel voucher)- the staff at the restaurant wasn't very friendly to foreigners. Pros: The room had a BEAUTIFUL view of the horseshoe falls. The room was clean and up to date. The parking was convenient but cost $16-when the casino was right next door and cost $5....
Cons: There was construction going on in the lobby that was rather distracting, but theyre updating their hotel--I cant really complain about construction when we weren't using the lobby for anything but a walk through. The TV had barely any channels and they kept going in and out of fuss. But we werent there to watch TV we were there on vacation. A bit pricey but all hotels around there that are "nicer" are a little pricey and it was a Friday night so of course they raise the rates on weekends.

Pros: Proximity to incline railway to waterfront. View of Niagara Falls. Courtesy relationship with next-door restaurant.
Cons: Hotel is merged and now connected with an older motel next door.) We do not recommend rooms in this wing. (room numbers above about 235,) as these require climbing two half-flights of stairs with your luggage, since the main elevators are located in more modern building.

Cons: We were given free breakfast passes for Applesbys which is located next door. When the waitresses saw that we had the passes we noticed how they treated us different - almost like we were a bother. One would think that this would be a golden opportunity for them to showcase the restaurant to possibly entice us to come back for lunch and dinner. After the way we were treated and the horrible quality of the eggs (dry & discolored) and the stained coffee cup we would never seek them out as a nice place to enjoy a meal. It was however awesome that the Oakes offered the free passes - Applebys just failed horribly!!!!

Pros: We Liked: The Location - very convenient to be so close to the falls, it only takes a few minutes to get down to the falls by taking the lift (it's totally worth the $7 per person for an all day pass to avoid walking back up the huge hill on the other side.) The Large Room - for the price, which was the best we found, we had a very large room - larger than most we've stayed probably ever. The Actual Look Of The Hotel - very professional and new looking, but not so uptight like Embassy Suites (I went in to redeem a Groupon and it was like high high end professional - too much for us). Breakfast - the hotel doesn't have a restaurant in it. They do, however, provide you with breakfast certificates for each of your days you stay for the Applebee's immediately next door (less than 30 second walk from the front of the hotel - practically connected). It is a set breakfast - coffee/hot tea with orange juice, scrambled eggs, 2 sausage links, 2-3 slices of bacon, toast w/butter&jelly-which was delicious- and breakfast potatoes. It was a great breakfast to be included for each guest for each night of your stay! Just remember that your tip isn't included in that, so tip your waitress! :) Overall, I'm glad that I was able to find this hotel at this price. We were able to do much more with the extra money we saved, including buying the Adventure Pass that includes numerous activities to do. We did have a good time and didn't have really any issues with the hotel staff or room (besides the beds). I would recommend this hotel, but I'd really consider the last sentence of my "Dislike" info...
Cons: We Disliked: The Beds - They're the most uncomfortable we've ever slept on - ever. Wifi - When I booked the hotel, it said that there was internet, and wifi that was available with a surcharge. I understood this as several hotels make you pay for wifi, but give you a jack in the room for free. I just brought my portable wifi router which I've used before. Unfortunately there wasn't any jack, and I was forced to buy the wifi ($10CAN + ~$2CAN for some improvement fee). The Bathroom - very small, but functional. Would have wished for additional settings on the shower head, but it really only had one. It did, however, have GREAT water pressure - almost on the edge of too much but we liked it. Even with these issues, they didn't impact our trip that much. We were certainly happy to return to our beds and get a great night sleep. Maybe pack one of those memory foam toppers next time?

I am very disappointed as I was planning this trip to have a nice view as I thought will be, I guess I was wrong. Cons: The hotel room was fine, though the rest of the hotel is pretty middle-of-the-row. Staff quite friendly and competent, just not very classy entrance, no bar/restaurant that I saw - but there are plenty around. NOTE: the difference between "Falls Side" and "Falls View" (high enough floor to see over the nearby trees). Our room was only Falls Side, but we DID have a falls view because it was winter and the trees were bare. We'd have had a view of nothing but the parking lot and trees had it been summer.

Pros: walking distance to city amenities and the Falls a plus. The view from the room was amazing. Entrance lovely.
Cons: The costs were exorbitant for off season, middle of the week. The room should have had a micro wave, fridge, luggage rack for that money. Parking fee was ridiculous ($25) and a surprise for an outdoor parking space. We were given someone else's parking card initially. Armchair seat cushion in room sagged. Pros: Location
Cons: Parking costs extra. Lobby had a ceiling leak as we checked in. Room was a mess - no fridge, shower pressure was bad, lamp didn't work, even the room number was a paper with the number written on it. Staff wasn't friendly. Only thing good about this place is the location

Pros: The location was great you can walk right down to the falls in the morning and many other attractions were close by too. The Casino is 100 yards away park there it is less then half the cost. Staff and overall cleanliness was positive.
Cons: Falls view wasn't impressive, we were on the 8th floor but there were still trees in the way of the view. If they are going to charge additional for falls view it should be the 10th floor or higher considering the trees.

Pros: I only liked the location
Cons: 1. Be aware that this hotel has motel like section with doors open to the outside. 2. Also, house keeping was banging on the door and window at 9am with the DO NOT DISTURBE sign on the door. 3. The beds they had in the room were full size not queen.

Pros: The location to the falls and walking distance to our favorite restaurants is fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient.
Cons: It appears there was a old two story hotel and the added the high rise later. We stayed in the out dated part of the hotel. The room smelled musty and old. It was a disappointing experience.
"This family-friendly Niagara Falls hotel is located on the riverfront, within a 5-minute walk of Oakes Garden Theatre and Casino Niagara. Fallsview Indoor Waterpark and Queen Victoria Park are also within 15 minutes. Niagara Falls Station is 29 minutes by foot. "

Pros: your front desk staff are very friendly but the gentleman who are suppose to help with your questions about parking or bus passes was so rude and didn't have no clue in what he was talking about . We asked about the charges for parking and he told us $20 - $30 a day. When we make a comment about being told when we used our players card in the casino we had free parking, he raised his voice loud enough for other guest to hear him he said it was not free and it would be on our bill. When we left the hotel and swiped the players card it was free.

Pros: The room we booked on line was supposed to be a 5 Stat Queen with a garden view. What we actually got was a small dark interior room with a window that looked into the lobby of the convention center. The washroom was so small you had to stand between the toilet and wall to close the door. The shower was smaller than that of an old cruise ship. I'm 6'2" and the shower head was pointed at my navel. Yhe noise from the elevators was so loud it was like trying to sleep on the runway of the local airport. The decibel level was into the mid 90's at times. However the day manager (Taylor) made it right by moving us to a higher floor away from the elevator and noise of out of control children that ran the hallway till 3am.

Pros: Good location near the falls. It was easy to walk anywhere, or take the Wego bus. We had a great front desk clerk who warmly welcomed us and took good care of us.
Cons: The casino across the street has a massive parking garage attached, so the "falls view" from the hotel is mostly a parking garage view, with a sliver of falls visible above it. Elevator call buttons were out. This seems minor, but you should have seen guests stabbing at buttons. Does it work? I dunno, better hit both up and down to see if anything works. Stabbing buttons, no response, stabbing buttons in frustration. So minor, such an easy fix, but such an annoyance. The hotel is surrounded by absolutely awful food options. Expensive and abysmal quality. There are good food options in Niagara Falls: use Yelp to find them and go to them. It will be worth the walk/bus to get away from the horrific food choices near the hotel. And the room had a weird smell. I think someone before us spilled something on the carpet. We stayed only two nights, so we just powered through. Housekeeping should have caught this, though.

Pros: Whenever I stay at hotels I look at reviews and I jump back and forth between hotels and most times can't make up my mind. My money was well spent with Embassy suites! We upgraded our room and the view was amazing! The room was very clean and big! The staff was always very friendly and ready to help with anything needed!
Cons: When checking in they offer two options for parking. We went with the cheaper option, when checking out instead of having you car brought to the front of the hotel. A shuttle take you to a nearby parking lot where your car is. I found out this was better and faster since the shuttle comes back every few mins and the people who had paid more money for valet were having to wait like 30 minutes and more for their cars because everyone was checking out at the same time! So go with the cheaper option!

We got there early and had a good view of falls but by 830 it was crowded by the time we left it was packed a long 45 min wait line outside to get into restaurant. First thing they do is they give you a slip that shows the times breakfast is not crowded go early.

Pros: The rooms are good, very large and comfortable
Cons: They charge for valet parking, but it’s not valet. They don’t bring your car, instead they have you take a shuttle off site and pick up the car your self. Which is the same as their cheaper parking option. The restaurant staff are rude and lack basic common sense. During breakfast our party went and waited in line for a table. I was stuck waiting for another elevator, by the time I made it down my group was seated. The hostess wouldn’t let me join my group and forced me to wait in the long like even after telling her that we already have a table and I’m just joining them. Then later one of our party went to the washroom and (it’s outside the restaurant door) and they wouldn’t let him back in without a fight and tried to make him wait again. They’re power hungry and lack any common sense when it comes to how a restaurant works.

Pros: View of the falls from our room was great. We were on the 39th floor. Our suite was excellent, very clean and comfortable. Please note that the parking isn't free here and is valet parking only if you want to park at the hotel. It was $35 dollars a day if you wanted them to park at the hotel or $25 a day if you wanted to park at an offsite location and take the shuttle. Had a complimentary breakfast which was good too.

We are always up early with our little girl, so never had a wait for breakfast. The staff was very helpful. Cons: High Volume hotel Parking garage additional fees + valet Long elevator lines Long breakfast lines Long Happy Hour lines Since it is high volume and probably booked most of the time the lines can be long. Pros: View was good, beds were comfortable , location also very convienent. It's easy to get to the horseshoe fall via incline railways
Cons: The worst part of the hotel is the staff. They don't give you options they are always up selling even when not interested. Parking situation is the worst. They said it's $35 per night and it ended up being $123 for two nights because they didn't disclose the tax for me. 10% tourism tax is mandatory only at this hotel and its voluntary everywhere else. Scam artists! My original receipt showed $277 and final receipt at check out showed $647 The only things I added are parking $35/night , $50/upgrade to junior suite and that's it ! This is the worst hotel in niagra

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk gave us a room apparently with a toilet that was a little rocky and by the time we got up to our room the maid had already had staff fixing it. The room was small but very clean. It was also within walking distance of the falls and most of the other sites in Niagara Falls. Very reasonably priced.
Cons: The hotel stay comes with free breakfast which is very nice. It's served from 6-9am, but if you don't get there by 7:30 or so, the room breakfast is served in is too full and there is a line out the door. Other than that, nothing to complain about.

Pros: Can't beat the location. Just up the hill from the falls. We had a little balcony that overlooked the American Falls. Small but workable bathroom. Comfy and clean beds, good WiFi. Pros: Fancy clear glass sink bowl impressed my daughter for a while. We were in the courtyard, able to park right outside our room, for free- which is rare in Niagra Falls. Friday night stay for about a third of the price of Embassy Suites where we had just left after two nights because their pool was closed too. I was also sick of valet, nice to have your vehicle right outside.
Cons: Pool was closed. Not happy about that since that's why we stayed there. But the arranged it so a 2 min walk next door to the Holiday Inn got us in to their pool instead.

9.7
Pros: My sister and I booked via kayak but chose to upgrade to a room with a view upon arrival -offered to us for only an additional $50 CAD per night. What we were given exceed our expectations as we were placed on the renovated 7th floor in a corner room with an unobstructed view of the American falls through our open window and a view of the city streets below from our balcony. The faux wood floors in the room were fabulous as were the chandelier and comfy king size bed. The room was also very quiet and we were not disturbed by elevator or neighboring room noises at all. Breakfast was hot and basic, but free and you really can't ask for more- eggs, sausage, toast and coffee are all i need anyway! Free parking was wonderful as most hotels in the area charge and we felt our car was safe. Location was perfect- only a 5 minute walk down the hill to the falls and a 2 minute walk up the hill to the rest of the tourist district on Clifton Hill. (Do yourself a favor and visit the Niagara Brewery while you're here-you won't regret it!) All of the staff was wonderful and accommodating to our needs. Overall, we loved the space and look forward to returning to our beautiful room with the rest of our family!
Cons: The only downside was that, although the wifi is complimentary, it truly is only strong on the lower levels. We had (non reported) issues both days of our stay and as americans relying solely on wifi connections to stay in touch with family, it would have been a bigger problem had we stayed more days. Please also be aware that the hotel is divided up into a shorter two story section, with a motel facade and a tall 7 story section, with a regular hotel feel, where the rooms with views are located on the higher floors. Make sure you know what you're getting! Lastly, not an issue for us, but this hotel is located on a VERY steep hill which may be an issue for the elderly or those who need assistance walking.

Pros: Right in the middle of everything. Could walk to the falls, or casino or to shops, or restaurants. Bus stops were within a block of the hotel. The breakfast was not spectacular, but was good and it was included with the stay so can't really complain. It was well maintained and clean. Staff was extremely nice and courteous and friendly.
Cons: There isn't anything that I could complain about. It was easy to get to, had plenty of parking and was no fuss check-in/check-out. Pool area was clean. Hot tub in pool area worked. Clientele was a little noisy on Friday night after the fireworks, but they were silent at midnight at the latest. And even then, they were not horribly loud, as putting the TV or radio on low would have drowned them out.

Pros: room with a view of the falls. Very nice to see any time of day. Breakfast was pretty good as well. The location was excellent. Walking distance to everything. Free parking was great as well as people pay a lot of money to be in that vicinity.
Cons: The room could have been cleaner, especially the floor, and bathrooms.

Pros: the pool was nice, and so was the rooms. the distance to the falls was perfect. The front desk workers were very helpful giving advice on local place to eat and attractions. the rooms had plenty of outlets for charging for all of my devices, and the rooms were very well kept with new towels every day and a very modern design to the room that give it a feeling of a much larger more expensive hotel.
Cons: the rooms did not have a mini fridge or a microwave so any leftovers we brought home from restaurants went bad. More over the AC unit in the room was broken and our room always got way to hot at night. Also the breakfast was lackluster, with eggs that were graying and over cooked sausage, cereal that was stale.

Pros: The room was extremely clean and comfortable. I was literally in awe from the sparkling bathroom floors! ( not one mark, hair, or streak) bedding and pillows were calling for us! My girls even commented and trust me they are Teens and super hard to impress let alone give a compliment. The maintenance call was handled quickly and effectively. The gentleman apologized for the interruption and easily fixed the shower drain backup.
Cons: Most unprofessional staff We have encountered at a Hilton. We stay at them often and love the superior rooms and service. But after a long evening with our girls walking and enjoying the falls attractions Amd sites. Dropping almost $ 700 ln the room to start off to have to be charged for WIFI for the one person extra and to be told that we cannot enjoy the complimentary breakfast or attraction packages (even though we are paying the exact same price as the ones who qualify) and then to be insulted by offering us $3.00 off an iMax show (wow no thanks) super disappointed in the lack of effort and quite frankly rude and curt tone. Calling me dear while my title is Dr. That is petty and really didn't bother me too much just mentioned as a sidebar. Also I am a HIlton Honors member but I husband booked online and forgot to include the member #. Which they told us we cannot earn the points for this stay.... Why???? Idk

Pros: Room was clean, quiet all night, view for city view was lovely. For having so many floors the elevators were always quite quick. Front desk service was great: we had a misunderstanding upon check in that was a little frustrating but once the staff realized their small error they were extremely apologetic and always polite. Location was great.
Cons: Room was dark only one bedside lamp. No overhead lights and no light in shower, and shower head leaked leaving it with bad water pressure. We tried to relax after a busy day and watch tv for an hour, our tv had 2 channels. The rest said no information on the menu and we were not interested in the two channels we could use. The parking situation was horrible. We used self park outside and the attendant was not there when we reached the rooftop parking. We struggled with a suitcase to find how to check in and enter the hotel. The pool looked lovely but we tried to swim at 8:30 on Friday night and a male employee was rather rude telling us the pool was closed. The sign posted for hours said pool open until 11pm.

Pros: Location and that it was attached to galleria and casino
Cons: We called prior to make sure we booked a whirlpool room. Lady who answered said it would not be a problem as most rooms are whirlpool rooms. When we arrived to check in, the man started "Oh no, you paid close to half off so you don't get a whirlpool room. Only guests paying full price has this option." We decided not to fuss and just to use the hot tub in the spa for relaxation but it looked as though someone had really bad diarrhea in the hot tub. So needless to say, we had no hot tub relaxation. If you want good service and to feel like you matter, be sure to pay the outrageous full price or stay elsewhere!

Pros: The location was excellent giving easy access to the Casino and the Falls. Plenty of good restaurants near by, easy access to our wine tour that we scheduled.
Cons: Our first room was extremely small, had stains on the towels, one stain on the bed, fruit flies, and gum on the recycle bin. I went down to speak to one of the front desk agents to complain with pictures of the evidence. The agent gave me another room key to an " upgraded room". When my finance and I arrived at the next room on the 7th floor, I quickly realised that it was a handicap room. My fiance was not impressed, nor was I. We both took a quick look around and found the floors in the bathroom very greasy and found a few hairs in the bathtub. Also, I noticed the duvet cover was two sheets rather than a sealed duvet cover; I am not sure if this is customary at the Hilton.. I would not stay at this location again due to the reasons mentioned above, not to mention it was approaching $600 for 2 nights..

Pros: We found a good deal through one of the discount websites and for the price we got, we were extremely impressed with the room starting from the view to the jacuzzi bath tub and overall ambience of the room. When we tried to extend our stay, the receptionist said that the price would jump to triple the price. So we did not stay another night but were happy with what we had. The selection of restaurants in the lobby and as part of the hotel were okay but decent considering the touristy location.
Cons: To really enjoy the view and our room, we ordered room service breakfast which was fine but nothing to write home about. "Grapefruit" juice came in a bottle in which the first two ingredients was water and sugar (was expecting fresh). Croissants had a bad fake butter taste. Sausage was really salty. Eggs and french toast were average. I never really expect much from room service anyway. They were fairly quick about delivery- about 30 minutes from order call. The waiter made some rude comments about how hot my room was as I was reviewing the bill and filling out the tip. Lucky for him, I was feeling generous and gave him a decent tip but clearly he wasn't very aware that I was wearing shorts and a tank top and that just perhaps I preferred a warm room. As if I should have kept the AC blasting just for him.

Pros: The room was beautiful, overlooking the American falls. Great location to activities and restaurants. We ate at the top level restaurant overlooking the falls - great service & good food. They upgraded our room to jacuzzi over the falls, which was great. Self-Parking was up a flight of stairs, but was close by. Overall a great stay!

Cons: The parking price is ridiculous, the wifi was unreliable, and having robes in the room would have been a nice touch when you book a jacuzzi room.

Pros: The free valet that came with the affordable parking was great - he doubled as a concierge letting me know about the fireworks that I was able to watch from the window of my room on the 30th floor. (I have never been above the fireworks before. It was beautiful. I had a free upgrade to a falls view which was a delight. The room was clean and comfortable - the shower was great which is always a relief. A huge bank of windows overlooked the US falls and part of the CDN falls for gorgeous sunrise misty mornings. The location was within walking distance of, well, everything.
Cons: I wish the restaurant had been open on Monday night.

Pros: The view from 2802 was amazing. The bed was the most comfortable we have slept in. The sound of the falls just lulls you right to sleep. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, but the view was HUGE. This the perfect spot for a romantic get away, young or old. Some of our best photos of the falls were taken right from our room. Well worth the price. We will highly recommend this to our friends.
Cons: No coffee pot in the room. But there is a Starbucks very close.

Pros: The Hotel is really central and it's a great place to stay. The staff is really friendly. We booked a city view room and got one with a little bit of a falls view. That made us really happy. The room is pretty nice.
Cons: Everything seems kind of old. The elevators make creepy noises sometimes. This place has no activities or a pool. A indoor pool would make it perfect.

Pros: I loved the view. The view the hotel provides of Niagra is absolutely beautiful. The service and the cafe was great and housekeeping was also wonderful.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like is the room could use some new funiture. I loved the decor of the room but there was some things that needed too be replaced.
Days Inn by Wyndham Fallsview is centrally located in Niagara Falls, a 5-minute walk from Fallsview Casino and 6 minutes by foot from Scotiabank Convention Centre. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.

Pros: the lady at the desk named Tayna was excellent.
Cons: the hotel booked 5 rooms to a group of young boys beside us. They were told that they were not to make a lot of noise, which was far from what they did. 5 calls were made to the front desk from us to have them come down and make these several boys to be quite, the 4th call was made after 2:00am the last call was made after 4:20 am. When we left the room there was garbage in the hall and out side the exit door. We were at the desk after 6:00am and asked for the deposit. The 2 night men on call said that they would not give us the $223.00 because not all of were checking out until 9:00am. I had put the deposit on my debit card and explained I had to leave and the other 5 remaining were over 50 - 77 years old, what were we going to break? They also lied when we were complaining about the number of times calls were made to have the boys be quite or what they should have done was kick them out. Tanya found the calls and told us the 2 night guys lied, also said our deposit should have been given back. We had 2 rooms as you know and one of the rooms was for 2 seventy seven year olds. Out of the 6 of us, none were able to sleep. The 2- 77 year old ladies room was right across the hall from were the boys were hanging out and coming in and out from outside. Horrible experience!!! Room cleanliness was ok. The view was awful, we looked out to an abandoned building or parking lot, not sure what it was. a letter was wrote before we left and a call has been made to "get a room" to get our money back by a suggestion from the morning staff. The night staff were extremely rude!
