Location is perfect for experiencing all that South Beach has to offer; staff was fantastic and very accommodating; food was very good; The way of the travel world now appears to be to charge little bits (or more) for every little thing, this was no exception.
Location, pool area, room & bed comfort. It is located right out of the loud crowd on Ocean Drive, so it is a lot more chilled and relaxed. Overall, much better than all other hotels on South Beach. I can't quite say it was a true 5 star experience in terms of appearance and for the premium price. But again, a lot better than the other hotels around.
Every staff member said hello to me. Staff was very friendly The Spa experience was ok, Massage for a deep tissue was weak. The Sauna was not on, I turned it on but should be preheated for guests or what good is it. For $440 for 2 - 50 minutes massages I expect more.
The first night was a disaster. At about 5:45 p.m. I called down to report a loud fan/ motor annoying noise. They said they would send someone up. We left about 20 minutes later for a dinner reservation.When we came back later that evening it was late nothing had changed. we were to tied to do anything so we tried to go to bed. Sleep did not come for either of us easily and we were up a good part of the night. The next day I complained and the girl offered us a $50.00 credit and would move us down from the top floor in the same proximity. the noise was probably from the motors on the roof. Looking out after agreeing I saw all the fans from the building next door so I called back and said it was not acceptable. I was turned over to the Rooms manager (Emily) who was excellent we were moved closer to the front of the building, no noise good sleep a Ritz Carlton experience. First day terrible second day great. I was charged twice for my staying and although I've contacted the site several times and it's been three weeks I still couldn't get my money back
Proximity to beach and Lincoln Mall. Our room was right off the pool which was super convenient. Front desk staff couldn't have been nicer especially when I disputed some charges at checkout out. The facilities need maintenance. Particularly the pool area. Broken tiles and the bottom of the pool was chopping off in at least one large area. The bathroom also could use some maintenance. The vanity top had a chopper out of it and theme leftist was rusting in areas.
Kelly at check in, superb. Ziggy, beach manager above and beyond. The beautiful lady who delivered room service at 1 AM and serenaded my daughter with a lovely Happy Birthday. All the staff were friendly, and excellent! The lobby decor. Also, no coffee shop.
Completely disorganized. Awful service. Food and pool servers are COMPLETELY oblivious to anything. Fish sandwhich had maybe less than an ounce of fish for $25. Pool servers looking to gouge you charging for water, & upselling over priced cocktails. You're lucky if the food ever comes. Room was Nice and clean however. They wouldn't let me check in till 4pm despite me being there at 10AM and asking for early check in. Then, they locked me out at 12noon sharp and refused any sort of leeway at all. Avoid! Completely apathetic staff, disorganized and chaotic dining area. No one really in charge. Despite multiple attempts to speak to the manager, the mgr never came. I'd rather burn my money or throw it away than give it to an establishment such as this.
We were fortunate enough to have a pool/ocean view room with a balcony. The view was gorgeous, especially in the mornings as the sun moved up. The room was small but well laid out so that it didn't feel small at all. The bathroom was well designed and appointed as was the closet. The staff was extremely friendly and although the service was somewhat continental.. we were on holiday and didn't mind things taking a bit more time. The facility has beach access behind the pool so, you're never far from the water and sand. We are actually from Miami and were looking to get a change of venue for Thanksgiving and this was ideal. Nothing really.. I suppose that it would have been nice to have in room coffee, but that's a WPP.
The walls are pretty thin and noise can be an issue.
The hotel is located right on the beach with an amazing swimming pool too. Because it has just been refurbished everything was NEW. With in a short walk to Lincoln for fabulous shopping and food. Parking was $60 per 24 hours.You can park and the Miami garage across the street for $35. We have a strange smell in our room at times.
- staff super nice, flexible and make you feel at home - location is fantastic - beach (even though they charge u $19 for an umbrella, but chairs are included) - bed is pretty good - price too high - very very small rooms - pillows didn't have cover under the sheets and the pillow was yellow and smelled terrible -- but for the second I tried it felt amazing! - room was pretty clean, not spotless clean (some hairs on the shower)
I was injured at the hotel and the staff was rude and unhelpful. I was most surprised at the at the poor attitude of the assistant general manger. I would never stay at this hotel again.
Doormen were excellent. Close to the beach with free beach chairs. Housekeeping is very poor because they do not understand a word of English. The wall is too thin. Could not sleep because of the TV noise next door. Reception may not be efficient; was charged different rates. Had to pay extra for the taxi because of the poor response when checking-out. No prior response to my mail sent asking as to how to get on the free shuttle-bus from the airport.
Staff friendly and helpful, very comfortable and stylish suites with excellent and good quality facilities, lots of space, great location - easy walking distance to Ocean Drive. Poolside breakfast is sufficient, Free shuttle bus to the airport is a nice touch. I will definitely stay here again, much better than the last hotel I used in Miami. Rooms are very very dark, a torch would be useful to find things in your suitcase. Note that a hotel surcharge/tax of $15/day (per suite) is billed in addition to the figure quoted on booking.com

Good sized and well furnished rooms, with art deco style. Friendly, helpful staff, good location for beach access and Lincoln Road shops A good stay, and decent value with a discount, but the hotel needs to be more on top of the maintenance: e.g. we had problems with the shower tap and temperature in our room and there was a rather basic breakfast on disposable tableware by a pool that wasn't cleaned during our stay.

The Rooms were funky and very spacious.The pool area was cool - not a massive pool - but enough to swim about and cool off. The cabanas and sofas around the pool were nice. No where decent or cheaper than the $30 valet parking. They should have an option for reduced parking. There are some mulit storey car parks about half way down collins (near the Chesterfield hotel) that parking is $20 per 24 hours.
This was a beautiful hotel with lavish furnishings. Great use is made of the space especially the pool area. The staff were great and added to the experience.

We loved the pool and beach access at the hotel. The outside staff was amazing and super helpful. The $19 a day charge for pool/beach service was WELL worth the money spent. The first 2 rooms they tried to put us in were IN the stairwell. We read reviews that the hotel will put people in those rooms. It was VERY frustrating but they did end up moving us to a normal room on the 3rd trip down to the front desk.

Nothing Air broke 2 nights terrible service terrible crowd and the TV was broken my whole stay. Everyday is have to complain about it and nothing was done. When I asked for at least a night or 2 free because of the inconvenience I was denied
We had a great stay till the end when they overcharged my card and a week later they are still holding the money. Jessica the Reservations Manager is rude and unprofessional. Very pricey and on top of that they hold over $400 you never spent on your card..RIDICULOUS!
I loved the exceptional customer service, Natalya was amazing. Customer service makes or breaks a vacation and the national definitely made it. Didn't like that our room was on the stairway but it worked out because we had loud music and we didn't disturb the neighbors.
Great access to beach, beautiful pool area. It took 50 min to get my car. I was told it was because of "shift change". I asked for the manager to call but they never did. Unreliable Internet. I was unable to connect.

Great location, architecture, and a clean room. The beach out back was beautiful and servers at the bar out back were great. There was a party there that didn't stop until 1am. Carpet wasn't laid correctly and had many humps to trip you up sometimes. Bed was on a wooden box frame with sharp corners that stuck out far enough to leave a few marks on your shins.
It was incredible. The hotel is beautiful with an amazing pool and beach. The staff is friendly and provide wonderful service. I would stay again at the National without a doubt.
It's nice to be in the middle of everything yet there is not a scene at this boutique hotel. Rather it is mellow and elegant. No ice machine and restrictions from bringing on outside food and drink
Amazing infinity pool. Hotel is on the Beautiful beach with two chairs and towels included per room. Hard to sleep due to people partying. Good part the hotel doesn't tolerate . Security is ready to help.
The cuisine at the restaurants was delicious. The pool was beautiful and the beach access a plus. The rooms were well decorated and the staff friendly. The location was also great. The rooms were small and there were not black out curtains. So, between the "thin walls" (hearing the cleaning staff banging around in the morning) and the light coming into our room, it was hard to sleep much past 7am. The price for drinks was extremely high and I did not appreciate having 19% added for gratuity before I even had a chance to evaluate the service.

Nothing. We booked 6 nights, but leaved the hotel immediatly the next morning. All! Awful reception/blankets on the receptiontable; painting works; looked like a caserne! Old, bad smelling;
The bartender was extremely informative, professional and mad very good drinks. Happy hour was nice. The elevator broke and we were stuck for 15 minutes. Also the towel rack in the bathroom broke, however it was promptly replaced. I was incorrectly charged for room flip flops, it was also promptly corrected.
Location Room size was extremely small and the maid service was pretty slow--I had to ask twice to get the room cleaned. We checked out four days early and changed hotels.

Nice hotel and good design When I arrived they only had 1 bed in my room. I had called weeks beforehand to make sure this was not going to happen. I even paid an upgrade fee to get a room with 2 beds since I was on a business trip with a colleague. When they said they only had one bed, they said it was my fault because I used a third party site to book. The hospitality was very poor. They didn't' even make the arrangements to get us a cot.
The hotel has superb location, cool architecture, excellent restaurant. Rooftop pool is so perfect if you, for some reason cannot make it to the beach. Haveto mention the staff that at all times where so attentive and friendly. Will easily consider this establishement for my next stay in Miami Beach. First floor rooms are slightly disturbed by the nearby lounge room, having live music in the evenings. Ask for rooms on second floor and above or ask for earplugs if you are in bed early.

I've stayed at almost every high end hotel in South Beach and the Gale/Kaskades has been by far the best experience. The property, amenities, and most importantly the staff was always helpful and a pleasure to interact with. We will definitely be back soon! I have read the reviews below and wanted to provide insight: yes there is a nightclub on premise, so you do hear some bass around 11:30pm-3am on Saturdays. But you've gotta take into consideration, you're in South Beach, it's a loud vibrant city. You have some music/noise every where on the strip.
The place is in a extraordinary location, is very clean and the staff is awesome The doors are so noisy you can listen when the people or the staff cleaning the rooms are around ,the bathroom is a mess with the water all over the floor if you need an umbrella in the beach you need to pay extra you only receive a seat and a towel
We stayed in The Kaskades building at The Gale. Kaskades is a separate building from The Gale, but has all the amenities and then some. The bard was unbelievably comfortable, probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. The hotel is in the northern part of South Beach and is within walking distance of Lincoln St. shopping, the beach, and tons of restaurants. Also, Dolce, the restaurant in The Gale has great service and food. The only problem we had was a small communication issue with the staff. When we first arrived, after check-in, we were told our room was on the third floor, but the front desk attendant forgot to tell us that our room was in a separate building. Again, not Abigail deal just slightly irritating to pull your luggage around the hotel, only to find out you are in the wrong building. Secondly, we asked for extra coffee cups for the Nespresso machine in our room and we were told twice that housekeeping would bring some more up, but they never did. Nonetheless, we had a great stay and will definitely come back.
Gale was very sexy and overall just a beautiful hotel. I loved the design and even the hallways were sexy. The room was awesome and very quiet which was a plus. I also like how the staff is very friendly and even sent a text to ask if I needed anything to make my stay better. I will definitely stay there again! The ice machine was on the lobby level. But others than that no complaints at all. This is an excellent hotel.
The bed mattress was so, so very soft & it just hugged you night All of the ghost/hidden fees that I was hit with before I checked out & that what asked for in room size bed wasn't there.
Loved ALMOST everything about this hotel....GORGEOUS desig- modern yet comfortable (I would like to hire their designer for my entire home), staff (was treated like a king at breakfast on the patio), ambience, location, restaurant, rooftop pool (jaw dropper). Even the music playing in the elevator was "choice"! The only slight disappointment was the room itself. It was severely lacking in furniture and closet space. It was surprisingly sparse. Zero counter space on which to put anything. There was definitely room for a small dresser and a few chairs. Hopefully someone will read this because I'm 100 % certain I'm not the only guest that has felt this way. (The marble bathroom, however, was beautiful with a seductive shower that lured me in for at least 20 minutes! Sorry green people!)
The hotel is very sexy modern Art Deco type decore. Full amenities Bar and restaurant on site roof top pool and access to the beach lounge chairs. I would recommend to out of towners and locals looking for a sexy getaway. The hotel has a Collins Ave address yet the vallet is really on James St. A side street a little confusing and having to circle the block a few times battling south beach traffic was not a highlight.
Clean and well located This hotel wants to be big but falls flat on so many points. For one is loud come night they place a night club on premises with out insulating sound proof , results you can't sleep. They play it big but fall flat in making you feel like your in a lux hotel.
The location, the pool and some of the staff are great. The rooms are also fairly comfortable even though they are well outdated. This place is the most absurdly expensive place even by south beach standards. It is really pathetic what they charge for food and drinks. If it wasn't for the scenic pool no one would stay here. During our stay the beach club had a pimp soliciting business very loudly on multiple days whom the hotel refused to kick out despite multiple parties complaint. The Delano is a magnet for sketchy characters. The place is surviving off of its reputation and pool alone. Go here if you don't mind being gouged and enjoy the occasional strung out pimp at the beach, but if you're looking for a modern luxury hotel, this isn't it.
They tried to solve the small problems as they appeared The location and the view are amazing, the decoration and the swimmingpool areas are very unique. A hotel like this should have free wifi: it is ridiculous to have a fee of $15 /day not for the money but for the principle. The rooms are not big; I was in an upper floor but the lower floors are very noisy as there are parties in the hotel almost every night
The Delano was a beautiful hotel with an awesome pool and atmosphere. The staff was friendly and overall really cool. Great for a one time indulgence. The rooms were a bit small and our floor was sandy upon arrival. The all white decor was ok, but really let you know if something wasn't clean, and unfortunately many things on our bed had stains. As for the prices, they were absurd. There wasn't a single thing that was complimentary here. 30 dollars for wifi for two days, overpriced cocktails, food and drink and the biggest offense of all was the fact that you had to pay more than starbucks prices for coffee in the morning. Seriously not ok for the price you pay for just staying there. Lastly, the sushi bar was just awful, 3 pieces in and we closed our check.
Just the location and the nightlife "knowledge" of the concierge The Rooms were too old-fashioned. The Bathroom was smaller then 4m2. The elevators were bad smelling. And to have access to the fitness you had to pass through the old linen storage.

The location is terrific, the outside pool and pool dj is awesome. Plus the lobby is aesthetically pleasing. The rooms are terribly small and all white. Not in a cool way, but in a "one flew over the coo-coo's nest way". VERY LAME for 2014. They need to renovate this property asap. Also, nothing inside the room is clean. The little throw rug in the room had debris and old un-vacuumed crumbs all over. Very nasty.

This hotel has the most friendly staff who always welcome you back. Best pool, pool bar and DJ experience. The sushi restaurant in the lobby is outstanding. My all white decorated room faced the ocean and had spectacular view of beach. Highly recommend this property. The gym could be upgrade and/ or located in a different part of hotel (it feels like being in the dungeon of the hotel). The cable sometimes goes in and out.

I liked the smell of the lobby and it brought back memories for me when this was one of the coolest spots to stay in Miami Beach. It has definitely lost that X factor. Everything feels dingy and not kept up. Checking in was the longest process I have ever been through aNd the girl seemed nervous. Maybe she was new, but it was over and over the same information and had multiple cards for all kinds of things, unlike any check in experience I have had before. Seems like they get stiffed by other guests a lot before. The security are constantly checking if you are staying there and annoying...definitely have decided to hire less than personable staff in general. One of the front desk girls when handing me the final bill, held it out to me without looking at me as if passing on to the next task, CUSTOMER SERVICE 101! Treat each guest as if they are the only person in your world at that moment and look them in the eye with a smile. In general, the whole world has lost this touch, but you would think a 300 a night hotel would still care about this. Finally made it to the beach chair area after being asked twice to show room key by security and then the beach chair guy wanted me to walk all the way back to his booth to check in instead of just taking care of me at my chair. When I refused and told him to take care of it, he kept calling me boss in a derogatory way like I was asking too much. Hire people that care and understand that the only reason they have a job is because of people like me choosing your hotel!! This is standard and not asking too much. I should have great things to say because they did all of this basic stuff and then decided to do more!! They all need help on how to treat guests. There was a blood stain on newly replaced linen in my room. They did an okay job of responding but it should have never happened!!! They only took off the resort fee and $50 and then didn't do it! Had to remind the people upon checkout and they acted like I was lying to them. The valet brought my car when I asked and left it in the rain and not under the overhang!!! What?!! When I asked him to bring it out of the rain his reply was that they were too busy and slapped me on the shoulder like I was his friend and gave me a dirty look like I was asking too much. hahaha I will never again recommend this hotel to anyone as I always have in the past. I'M GOING BACK TO AIRBNB WHEN I TRAVEL NOW. HOTELS LIKE THIS ARE COMMON NOW.

Food Shows very poorly, everything seems worn and in need of replacement
It location is great and the beach is lovely right out front. The rooms are tired and need a refresh. The check in process was strange. We were told that they were sold out of the room category and we would be upgraded for one night and then had to move. We went back the next day and since I guess we were prepaid they tried to give us a handicapped room and was told this was the only one available. We had an argument with front desk manage Sandra and after three tries we got a room overlooking the parking lot that was acceptable.
The resturants. delicious food. The service at the pool wasn't great could be a lot better.

I liked that they keep you posted on the hottest clubs for the night and give you a great deal to attend. I didn't like that the beach package didn't not include an umbrella, had to pay for the umbrella separate which is a little costly just for an umbrella.
Almost everything! Pretty high resort fee, but this includes a happy hour from 7-8 where ALL drinks are free. And they don't mess around with the orders. Orders during happy hour are fulfilled quickly. Also there's a free airport shuttle, which takes kind of long (45 mins) so plan ahead! Pool looks okay, but we didn't use it. Just minutes away from the actual beach. Three nice buildings, clean rooms - just a little bit of smell probably due to the high humidity. AC had a control panel, but didn't change anything. Staff was really friendly. Resort fee was charged, even though our reservation already had them included. I sent an email about this, we'll see..
The bell men and bar tenders were great for the most part. Only had on crabby out front guy.. The e-cart guys were wonderful and that was so nice...I would stay again just because of them! The drinks were outrageously priced! Our coffee was never replaced in the room and the fact it was only instant coffee and no complementary coffee in the lobby was sad...also no breakfast and not really a cheap place to get some nearby...that was not good
I appreciated how they let me check in early and check out late. I also liked how they upgraded my room when I mentioned the room I was first put in was a little bit loud. Some rooms are louder then others

The hotel was in a good location and included beach chairs with the rooms. There was loud music playing at the restaurant next door 24 hours a day, the staff was disorganized and assigned us a room that already had people staying in it. The rooms keys NEVER worked, we had to get new keys at least 7 times during our stay. The rooms were tiny and the ac didn't seem to work. There wasn't a bathroom fan so it got muggy in the room after every shower. There is no easy way to get ice at all. It was just very disorganized and inconvenient.
I usually enjoy this hotel an any other from their group, but i will not use the South Beach group anymore. My car was damaged while under the care of their valet service. The car presented in a way that would hide the damages from us when it was time to pick it up.
Nice staff Only reason why I gave lower stars is due to being kept up all night from the music coming from the club next to the building. This alone ruined the stay for me. Could not relax. Slept about 2.5 hours.
The hotel was close to the beach and had a cool pool area. We took their last reservation of the night at their nice restaurant and despite spending $150-200 on a bottle of wine and steaks, we were told to hurry up and order as soon as we got there because "the kitchen was closing". It wasn't very classy. Our statement at checkout also had some BS extra charges we had to dispute. More hassle than it was worth except for the nice location.

Beautiful pool, lobby, bar and restaurant. Perfectly decent, if slightly outdated, rooms. A very nice place to spend a weekend. Lots of fees and very expensive valet parking only, but I think that's true of all hotels in the area. Their website could be a little more informative.

Location is great. Short walk to beach and Raleigh has beach chairs towels there as part of resort fee. Pool is big - lounge chairs in pool which are cool. Good food in restaurant - a little expensive but worth it. Empanadas were excellent. Get breakfast at Rosetta Bakery which is close by instead of expensive breakfast at hotel. Had to pay $19 for umbrella at beach. Asked for early check-in. Arrived at 1:30 and had to wait until after 3 for room.

I loved the pool! The restaurant was also great the food was yummy and the service was great. I also liked the concierge he was really helpful. The staff in general were really friendly and helpful. The Art Deco feel threw me off a bit as I'm used to staying in hotels that are a bit more modern. I wished that the room had a little fridge to put my refreshments like they typically do at other hotels.
Beautiful art deco hotel. Awesome pool, pool deck and access to the beach. Great for lap swimming and hanging out. Staff was helpful, really friendly, courteous and prompt. Close to great restaurants and clubs. Dulce, across the street in the Gale has excellent Italian food. Rooms and systems in serious need of updating. Although clean, rooms are fairly small and attention to detail was not great. Worst was the clanging pipes all night long. We had to turn on the fan to overcome the constant banging. We thought it was the elevator but other guests had the same problem. AC barely functioned on last night. The TV had so much static we could not use it and screen res was terrible.
I have been staying at The Raleigh for years as it had always lived up to its self proclaimed title of the "grand dame" of south beach. Sadly if current management continues in the direction witnessed during my stay over the 4th, The Raleigh as we knew it is gone. Before this last nightare of a stay I would have described The Raleigh as romantic, beach/waterfront, boutique but now I would describe it as having poor service, poor management, poor cleanliness. The interesting part was that everyone working there knew it was awful, it seemed the upper level management/decision makers for the property were off site for the weekend or perhaps hiding as it was that bad. The Raleigh gave a promoter license to utilize the grounds for a two day fourth of July party however did not alert any guests of it. Had we and every other guest we encountered during our stay had known we would have booked elsewhere. It was a nightmare, there was no service for hotel guests, the pool was crammed and dirty/disgusting. There was a DJ with brain rattling base music blasting from morning to night.
Nice "Old Miami" feel to it, pool area was nice with all the tropical palms surrounding It . Good coffee shop and pastries Out door bars should have some mounted fans for customers also not just the bartenders, felt outdoor lounges also could have been nicer with some color to them , white is boring, , a few small shelves in bathrooms would be nice to place your toiletries !! We stayed here and walked to the SLS a block south and sat at their bar everyday was a cool vibe, but I would stay here again !! We did order 2 glasses of wine in the Martini bar area asked for a glass of water also when we order but didn't get it, asked again but same bartender again forgot ??? Either has short term memory loss or just didn't want to do it??we even tipped addition to what is added
The Raleigh captures the romantic appeal of a classic Miami beach-front hotel, with a welcoming lobby, luxurious pool and friendly staff. However, the guest rooms are tiny and cramped, with claustrophobic bathrooms (and ants in the sink drain) and no fridge or coffee maker. Also, the cost for valet parking ($39/night + tax) was exorbitant, but at least they didn't tack on a separate resort fee to our bill.
Brilliant location and hotel. We found all staff very kind, friendly and accommodating and felt very at ease from the moment we arrived. The pool area was quiet and a much needed escape from the craziness of Miami. The room was clean, the bed extremely comfy and the bathroom great. Would highly recommend. The breakfast was described as continental and was an unusual mix. Simply as a suggestion, it would be nice if basic pastries were provided in addition.
I stayed only one night.This motel the water preshier was highand low ,there was no drain fitting in the tub..no waether striping wind was howeling threw the door. The pool area looked 30 years old.

It's location Virtually everything. The room was tired, the closet was disgusting, the drawers were filthy. The bathroom was disgusting.
The room was very large, clean and the bed ok. The hotel is very clean. The pool is ok. I enjoyed my stay in Miami in this hotel. The noise in the other rooms, with the doors!
If all you're looking for is somewhere to sleep this is fine the room was good newly refurbished and fairly clean bed comfortable Apart from a small bistro in the lobby and bar snacks by the pool there is no where to eat. I was looking forward to breakfast outside by the pool but there are no Restaurent facilities. The movie channels did not work and the minibar in the bedroom was never replenished.
Location was good, friendly stuff and nice pool area. Unclean fitted carpet in a room, I expected flagstone floor which I saw in a picture.

We liked Chris at the fron tdesk. He new he was in a substandard hotel but we told him that he should be someplace worthy of his effort! The two rooms we eneded up having were both very dated and old.

A decent breakfast is included in the price of the room. Having Blue Ribbon onsite is awesome! Morton Brown bath products in suites. Shower leaked a bit in the suite. Steps to enter the suite building next to the main hotel building are a drag. Be aware of 4pm check in and 11am check out.
The position of the hotel, on the Ocean and near the shopping/restaurant street of Lincoln and Ocean Drive makes it a prime site of Miami Beach. Great morning breakfast (advisable to buy the Premium package that include breakfast and sunchair at the beach for $29 a day) Staff sometime slow, expecially the guys at the beach. The standard room we booked was quite basic, we upgrade for an extra $100 a day for an excellent Ocean view suite. Carefull when paying, they charge an extra deposit that I'm waiting to get credited back (1 week approx $400)
The location of the hotel is great! Also they were accomodating for early check-in and late check-out. Since the hotel is on the smaller side it's "quiet". There was not a bar open that we could get a drink at when it was raining outside.

I enjoyed the entire facility. I also enjoyed the fact that it was a more intimate hotel and then say the 'Fountain Blue'. I was very pleased with my stay.

1. The Art work displayed throughout the public areas. 2. Location. 3. Breakfast at the terrace. 4. Beach access and pool area facilities. Request for a two double bed room was not honored. The sofa bed is terribly uncomfortable.
Food and beverage were poorly organized. False alarm at 4.30 am, all guests evacuated to the open street and no word next day about it!!!!
