The convertible mustang was perfect for driving down the coast from Miami to Key West!Cons:
After confirming location, I ubered from my hotel which cost 27$ to the location because I could not get in touch with anyone to pick me up, which was the main reason I chose enterprise. The location was closed and I called Enterprise’s main number and they told me to go to another location which was also closed. At this point I had more in Uber than I did in the rental. I finally got ahold of another location and had to Uber again there. Once I got the car there was no walk around, it had a half a tank of fuel causing me to make another stop, and was filthy inside and smelled of smoke.10.0 Wonderful

Pick-up time on reservation means nothing. I got my car 3-4 hours after my pick-up time. He was such in a hurry to give it to me and claiming car was new. I didn’t realize the window rim was unglued a bit. I never received a final invoice and was over charged w/out permission despite asking 4 invoicSixt

Thrifty did not have a vehicle available and did not help in finding another location with available cars. Blamed it on the third party supplierCons:
They need to honor a pre-paid, or any other, advance reservation. I will never use them again and not sure about ever using a third party on-line booking site like Kayak, priceline, etc...2.0 Poor

I made the reservation days in advance and they didn't have a car. They said I could be wait listed for much later in the day. I went to talk with them the day prior to ensure that had a vehicle and they were closed during supposed open hours of operation. I had to alter my plans due to Thrifty not working with the third party reservation. I had not been contacted by Thrifty to say no car available.6.0 Okay
