I was charged a resort fee after I was told by booking.com I wouldn't be charged anything else after my booking.
The customer support, the rudeness from the staff, the lies about the extra hidden fees when checking into my hotel room.

The location is great! I was a bit skeptical because of the outdated pictures on line (which I may add does not do this hotel justice) I love the room could be bigger but it’s just perfect! Staff were great! Uber from this location was $5-6 anywhere.
The only thing I did not like was the shower, shower was awesome but floor gets super wet because shower does not have door or curtains.
