Cons: Very over priced for what you received The staff was not accommodating to our needs

Cons: We stayed there for a week and we didn't like: - Noisy, music everywhere, very loud, not smooth nor relaxing - noisy guests that staff did not stop, in my case, people came to the lounge with their own speakers - noisy rooms, better get out early, before 9 am or housekeepers will let you know you are lazy - fees for everything, it's ok to pay for additionals, but resort fee is not worth it (and it's a hidden cost), valet excessive, fees for receiving packages is expensive. I would recommend to bundle better tariffs and consider flat fees or caped fees for those who stay several days. After the second day, we ended trying to avoid every reason to stay in the hotel during the day. In particular, we avoided the pool, only one time tried to spend​ the morning there but could not resist the music of the hotel and the personal music of some guests.

Cons: The bed was ridiculously soft. It was MISERABLE. Back still hurting three days later

Cons: The pool was too cold to swim in. Next door resorts had very warm pools. No excuse for this. Very disappointing.

Cons: i don't recommend for a vacation setting. hotel is very large, busy - not relaxing for a couple. Lacked the intimacy and romantic touches of other hotels catering to vacationers vs. business.

Cons: ATTN we were notified before our stay way before our stay there would be construction but how would I know I'd get the room right next to all the banging and beating

Cons: Drilling & hammers right by my room at 7a. I can understand 10a. For those from Ca this means it started at 4a Partying, LOUD rap music , yelling from balcony on my floor. I complained and NOTHING was done

Cons: Price of food and drinks at the pool / beach was expensive, but it was what I expected when booking the hotel. Beach chairs were included in the resort fee, which was nice, but the fee didn't include a beach umbrella with the chairs...the umbrella was an extra $25 for the day (and we absolutely needed the umbrella because it was so hot outside).

Cons: The only bad thing about this hotel is that there are sooo many families (mostly from Europe) here, that the pool becomes way too crowded. As a couple in their 20s, we had to avoid the pool, and stay in the ocean.

Cons: The Roach that was crawling around the room. Took forever for housekeeping to respond to compliant I had to call the Loews 1-800 number to get service after calling front desk

Cons: Front desk service was very poor, I was kept waiting at time of my check-out while the front desk manager( never acknowledging my presence) was talking to a couple at great length about the best restaurants in town and other possible points of interest, all the while the concierge sitting at her desk directly behind us had nothing to do, finally after about ten minutes another front desk manager came out to assist me. I also did not like the $19 " hotel fee" for pool towels I did not ask for or use! When I politely asked to have the charge removed I was gruffly told "No". All the above left a bad taste in my mouth as I departed on what otherwise was an overall positive experience.

Cons: Cannot recall that there was anything we did not like about the service or the hotel.

Cons: I am an experienced business and leisure traveler. I've stayed at over 250 hotels all over the world and I have never experienced such poor customer service from the front lobby employees. They seemed to purposely not want to accommodate any request. I would never want to stay here again even though I liked other aspects of the hotel.

Cons: The check in [front desk] staff was not the friendliest. The staff person told me that my reservations were made by HotelBeds and that the room preference was not guaranteed when reservations were made through 3rd party sites. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that the person was on a short break. The manager never spoke to me, however I was given the double room per the reservation.

Cons: Beds were fulls and not queens so me, my wife and daughter were cramped. We were told facilities and services were 24 hours but pool area was a dark ghost town after 9 pm while neighboring hotels were jumping. $37 a day for parking was very high.

Cons: The night was windy and something on the roof or the building was flapping waking us up at night. After mentioning it to the front desk, we were just told: we will send somebody looking at it. I would have expect a discount to compensate as the hotel is a high end hotel. Really disappointed.

Cons: I didn't like the 19 dollar daily fee tacked on to your bill.

Cons: There was a few small things with the television and the maids who did not necessarily pay attention to the “Do Not Disturb Red. Button”. The staff was amazing and I was very impress with their ability to provide the service they possibly could. I worked for the Ritz Carlton Hotel and they we’re just as capable of provoking the same service. There was a few discrepancies with the billing but hopefully they will go over the payments and do the right thing?

Cons: The wating time for the valet to bring your car

Cons: Pool overrun by near-naked chemically stimulated revelers. Incredibly noisy till small hours of morning. Phones in room didn't work.

Cons: I did not like the fact that the hotel did not appropriately handle the New Years clientele and would have 30 minutes to an hour for lag time on ordering room service, getting front desk assistance, and general services. I also thought it was very unprofessional of the hotel to give my room away on the night of New Years eve after I paid over 2 thousand dollars to reserve the room almost two weeks in advance. Although hotel credit was given, I still feel the hotel could have done more since we had a filthy hotel room. I really felt this hotel had the potential however they failed to show me that and honestly with the prices I paid I really deserved more

Cons: Our shower, nor our phones, did not work. Fortunately, we were only staying for a single night, which made the problem not a big deal. Also, pools were not heated. They have two BEAUTIFUL pools, but no one dared to be in them at all because they were absolutely freezing. A shame, really.

Cons: The staff were very accommodating, but certain floors of this hotel are LOUD. Try to stay away from the waterview side of the building directly above or below the 16th floor where the restaurant is housed.

Cons: I wish they had coffee available for longer in the am, start earlier and end later, I missed it every day, either I was leaving to early or too late

Cons: The hotel signage is terrible for a place that makes that much money and is located on south beach. Why is that an issue here? There are multiple buildings with no parking anywhere around them and surrounded by a difficult two-lane road. The building that has the more obvious sign (shown in the picture) isn't even the building you check in at, or will likely stay. When I called trying to get assistance, the woman on the phone had a one inch fuse before I could hear her try to pass me off to somebody. She thought she was muffling the phone well enough but I could hear her telling the gentleman there how stupid I must be. They kept insisting there was a man outside, which there was nobody anywhere and she kept giving me terrible directions leading me in circles around there building as I tried to avoid letting the cars line up behind me. Finally, a gentleman I could only assume was the one she was speaking to came out and frankly spoke to me like I must be an idiot, pointing at the building aggressively yelling "Do you not see that black and white sign we are telling you about? Just use your eyes and look. This is the riviera!" in a tone that suggested I'm a child who has been crying in the back seat of his car for an hour. I didn't even feel up to letting him know they don't know left from right and he was pointing at the complete opposite of where they were guiding me on the phone. It then turned out my only option for parking was to pay $40 a night for valet. Only other option is a nearby garage for $35 a night. That is the ONLY parking option if you are driving; so budget for it. There is also a $20 hotel fee added as well. I thought the hotel fee was... Well, the rate. I had never been so frustrated by a hotel before actually even getting checked in. When expressing my discontent to the gentleman checking me in, he said he would give me a better room, which meant a room with more space and an obstacle course to the phone I needed to get to so I could ask why he though that I (checking in alone on a business trip) needed to trade the one king size bed I reserved for two smaller beds. They finally put me in the room I reserved and the bed was great besides my pillows smelling like wet towels. Let me tell you, the views of the destroyed and dilapidated buildings that just about every window comes with were great. They give you two iPod radios that have first generation plugs, so don't expect to listen to music on them. The tv had no hdmi plug to let you supplement their terrible basic cable package. Half the channels on their directory didn't work. But the fridge was stocked with overprice booze. I felt like I wasted my money and could have paid half as much for twice the experience almost anywhere else. Are there worse places? Obviously. But I would never recommend this hotel to anybody. If I was on vacation and not business, my trip would have been ruined by how short they fell of how decent they look online.

Cons: The staff after christmas were negligible, rude, obnoxious and unhelpful.

Cons: EVERYTHING WAS WRONG!! IMPOSSIBLE TO CHECK IN.. LITERALLY ..WOULDN'T REFUND MY MONEY EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T STAY THERE. STAFF AND MANAGEMENT WEREN'T HELPFUL. TRIED TO CHARGE ME TWICE... NEVER EVER USE THIS SITE OR STAY AT THIS HOTEL.. HAD TO CUT TRIP SHORT BECAUSE OF ALL THE HASSLE !! STAY AWAY

Cons: The music from the bar started early and ended late. In the third building, it was very noticeable. One of the beds was noticeably more comfortable than the other. Different mattresses. The wifi signal was terrible. It went in and out and the connection was extremely slow.

Cons: Here's my list: -No ice machines...I had to go to the bar in my pajamas to get ice -Took over 30 minutes to check in -No one helped us with our bags even though they force you to pay $35 a day to value -Everyone seems to ignore you unless you directly speak to them -Air Conditioner was broken and they fixed the day we left...over 90 deg on SOBE! This left a wet, slippery film over the floor -Not very safe...anyone can walk into the side entrance of the hotel (there is no door whatsoever) and have access to the rooms -No room service even though there is a restaurant attached to the hotel -The beds were DEFINITELY not Tempurpedic as advertised; it is a cheap knockoff -I wouldn't stay here again unless I had to

Cons: There was a roach running around as we entered the room. I guess you can say, it was a surprise being welcomed by a roach. The room was tiny with a separate bathroom sink right next to the bed. Parking is horrible. Customer service is not that great. So we ended up saying forget it and checking out early to stay at double tree.

Cons: Nothing really.. I suppose that it would have been nice to have in room coffee, but that's a WPP.

Cons: The walls are pretty thin and noise can be an issue.

Cons: Completely apathetic staff, disorganized and chaotic dining area. No one really in charge. Despite multiple attempts to speak to the manager, the mgr never came. I'd rather burn my money or throw it away than give it to an establishment such as this.

Cons: - price too high - very very small rooms - pillows didn't have cover under the sheets and the pillow was yellow and smelled terrible -- but for the second I tried it felt amazing! - room was pretty clean, not spotless clean (some hairs on the shower)
