Pros: The location was close.
Cons: Facility was very dirty. In Bathroom, the cabinet holding supplies was busted, the tissue holder was broken and the soap dispenser was broken. The facility including sink and toilet were filthy. Common area floor was dirty as well. Reservation was for a full size SUV. It was NOT a full size SUV. The person said that it seats 7 so it is rated as a full size SUV. First, there is NO way it could fit 7 people, maybe if you include 4 children. A smart car can fit 5 so does that make it a compact SUV? Felt cheated so I have lost trust in Hertz.
Pros: When I picked upmy car, they were friendly and quick. I received an upgrade from a standard sedan to a luxury sedan because the car I had requested to rent was not suitable for rent.

Cons: I arrived at the location, only to be told there were no cars available and maybe there would be one in an hour. The very unapologetic and unhelpful employee did nothing to soothe my concern. He didn't offer any suggestions on how I could change things to accommodate their mistake. I was basically SOL. When I called about in about 30/45 minutes to check on the status of my refund, I was told all reservations had been pushed to the next day. I told them that didn't work for me since I was leaving in the morning. They finally accommodated me with a vehicle that smelled bad, didn't seem to run properly and seemed like the alignment was off. In summary, maybe the entire Hertz company isn't bad, but corporate should take a hard look at this location and how it is run!!!

Pros: The location is very crowded, and the signage at the facility could use some work so that newcomers understand where to go and what to do with their personal vehicles. The staff was effective, but they could certainly use some training on how to make the customer feel a little more welcome.

Pros: One gentlemen was very kind in trying to help me find another vehicle.
Cons: I was told by an employee that "Presidentical" members get priority and all vehicles were gone. This would have been fine; however, my name was on a clipboard, they knew I was coming, I could have and should have been notified prior. Then I was told to call surrounding Hertz locations, this gentlemen did nothing to help. I was not helped until another employee came in and saw that I was clearly upset.
