The car I rented wasn't available, they were no help when called. After I landed found out that the rental car place was 20 minutes away and not sure why you advertise them for this airport. I had to wait over an hour to get ahold of someone. Luckily I canceled and booked with Alamo and got the car I wanted in the first place. You should not have this one on your site for Fort Wayne airport. It isn't close at all.Reviewed 13 Oct 2024

The car was very dirty. It smelled of cigarette smoke. The left rear turn signals and brake lights didn't work. I had already filled it up with 17.7 gallons ($60) of fuel because the gas tank was almost empty. They said just below half but it was just below 1/4. I returned it immediately because I didn't feel safe driving the 900 miles through Indianapolis, Louisville and Nashville without brake lights and turn signals. We returned it but the office was already closed for the weekend. I received nothing for my rental fee and gas expenditure. Was very disappointed that they would rent a car in such poor condition.Reviewed 15 Apr 2024

We were on our way to pick up the car and we were notified that they did not have a car available. Claimed that people had brought back damaged cars & that they could not use them. We waited for 3 days to see if they would be able to get us a car. They were not. So we gave up.Reviewed 2 Oct 2022
