Cons: Room was smaller than expected. Food was standard.

Cons: Our toilet seat was dirty when we got in (it got cleaned, and we got some chocolate), and it took about 10 minutes to get checked in because of a slow customer and not enough front desk staff, but it wasn’t too bad.

Cons: They charge for internet in the rooms, water, everything. They also take a security deposit at check in.

Cons: They have an affiliation with a gym but there was a hug disconnect between the front desk staff and the gym itself; make sure you get a clear breakdown of what is offered. \ The biggest complaint though, was someone on my team had booked a room through an online vendor, but her father died the night before; when she tried to cancel, they weren't willing to work with her because of the online booking; they wanted to charge her for 90% of the room. Short-sighted of them, as we stay there for a trade show every year. Best they could offer was a credit for a few months. I tried to talk to them but they were not willing to negotiate. Too bad, as we liked the place but probably won't stay there again.

Cons: The only downside is that the hotel was on the outskirts of town, a bit far from attractions, dining, and entertainment options. I did not mind too much because I was pleased with the experience overall.

Cons: The bed's are kind of hard and the pillows aren't very comfortable, you have to pay for parking in the parking house, but there is parking close by.

Cons: Was disappointed we had to pay for parking at a hotel your lodging at and to take a hotel shuttle ($15 for 2)to the airport. Generally stateside that's an accommodation that has no cost associaled with it.

Cons: Be prepared to have a rental car or use the shuttle or a taxi. It is only near the airport and nothing else.

Cons: The 15 minutes drive in their big bus was uncomfortable, so many turns, but the value made up for it.

Cons: Parking was outrageous. Made one local phone call that was expensive. Navigation to airport can be tricky.

Cons: One has to pay 7.00 Euros per person to go to the Airport. In similar hotels in the USA and Mexico the service is free of charge. There is NO argument of not providing the service for FREE. The shuttle bus is going any way, with or without passengers!!! We took a TAXI (two persons) en we paid 17.00 Euros, 3 more than if we had used the shuttle bus and we arrived at the precise entrance of the airport.

Cons: I ordered a wake up call and the phone did not ring so I did not get the call. Fortunately, I woke up in time and made my flight!!! I should have used my own alarm clock!! Next time I will just to be sure and have a back up, in case the hotel doesn't get my wake up call in time.

Cons: Grossly overpriced. No bath/toilet privacy inside the room

Cons: The walls were paper thin, so we could hear every neighbor ... ever. There was no water pressure in the shower. There was no clock in the room. There were two skinny sets of sheets instead of one to cover the whole bed.

Cons: Room was run down Room was very small (definitely for American standards, it seemed small to other European hotels as well) Bed was very hard The area this hotel is in seems very sketchy (it's the red light district) though I knew that going in.
