When I showed up they said they didn’t have any cars and that they would cancel my reservation. Then another customer walked up without a reservation and they proceeded to rent them a car. My reservation through kayak meant nothing.Reviewed 21 Mar 2025

Cons:We registered online and received a confirmation number. Arrived at Enterprise on a Thursday only to find out that we did not have a car reserved but were placed on a waiting list, 11th in line on the list and wouldn't have a car available for us until Monday afternoon or Tues. If there are no cars available, the website should not reserve vehicles they do not have! We ended up going to a dealership and buying a car. So frustrating!!!Reviewed 26 Mar 2021

Pros:The staff was very helpful, and insured I had a great experience.Cons:That there were no hidden surprises, which there was the front driver side tire had a leak in it.
