Cons: the rate I was charged was different than contract. $75 was on contract, I paid 122
Also, when I got to counter for pickup, they did not have car (grand Caravan ) that was supposed to be there and they acted like that was normal occurrence. fortunately, one came in but the process took about 30 minutes not 5-10 like it should have. I did not feel I could count t on getting what was I was supposed to get.Dropoff was no problem

Pros: I was arriving by boat and when I arrived, I found the office had closed because it was Saturday and the office closed at noon. I was disappointed.
Pros: The staff is always friendly and helpful. They call me by name when I come in. They make feel like part of the family.

Cons: SUV inside windshield was dirty and gas was not filled up. There was also a smokey smell. Needed help before we left as back safety latch was broken and we couldn't disconnect it. Enterprise staff in Orlando seemed very unfriendly.
Pros: Staff at Savannah Airport was very friendly and helpful. Staff at dropoff not so much. Car was in good shape and was clean. I was very unhappy with the cost of renting the vehicle, which I just needed for us to get to Hilton Head, an hour away. Unfortunately, my daughter and her husband, who arrived in Savannah 2 hours before us and were going to wait around for us, were very ill (both threw up on their plane), so we told them to go without us and we'd rent a car for the hour trip. Little did I know it would cost so much!!!!
Cons: Charge for dropping a car off at a different location (even 1 hour away) is ridiculous!!!!!
Cons: I booked the vehicle, then was called 2 hours before trip and told they didn’t have any vehicles available. Then I spent 3 hours on phone with enterprise being apologized to but told they couldn’t help me. Finally at the third hour they found a totally smaller car than what I had booked at a location 25 miles away that I had to pay for a ride to get to. On top of that they charged me more money for less of a car and thought this was a normal business practice. I understand things go wrong. What I am upset about is the total lack of wanting to help the customer put, and then charging more money for something that wasn’t my fault to begin with. Horrible ethics in business, and they we ALL ok with this practice. Like it was normal operations. That is what is so disappointing

Pros: The guy at Savannah pickup(Casey) was awesome ..excellent service and very quick, made me want to use enterprise again. But due to storm, we had to return to different airport several days before we were supposed to ...very difficult to get a call back, return went ok..but billing took a few calls
Cons: I was not able to rent the car because I did not have a credit card . I was told they would not accept debit or cash. I was very upset as it was a one way from Georgia to northern Indiana and I needed to get home. I was fortunate that payless was willing to rent with a debit so I could get home.
