Pros:The registration people were nice, but they had a new computer system and it took about 45 minutes to get our documents.Cons:They didn't have the vehicle I had requested and upgraded me to a truck, which was enormous to park and had no place to lock our luggage. Pros:N/aCons:When I arrived I waited 15 minutes only to be told there was a 30-45 minute wait for a car even though I had a reservation. I was able to get a car within 10 at Hertz, so I canceled my Dollar reservation.Reviewed 23 Jul 2019

Pros:Counter person was very good/excellent. Friendly, efficient, professional.and well organized. A pleasure. Parking lot attendant weary and indifferent. Seemed inconvenienced to review small dent and scrape. Good car.Cons:Weather could have been cooler. Otherwise very good experience. Nissan Sentra had very slight irregularity with transmission. Dodge Charger Reeked of SmokePros:Vehicle upgrade as size reserved was not availableCons:Long wait (> 15min) at pick-up, only to be told they had no cars in the class reserved. Was finally offered an upgrade; however smelled of smokers from a past rental. Given the long wait and lack of availability at check-in, and the need to get going, was not practical to go back and change vehicles.Reviewed 24 Jun 2018

Not a great experiencePros:Price, relatively clean.Cons:I booked my rental online, ahead of time. Much of the information didn't translate to his computer. They didn't have the class of car I booked, and instead gave me a huge, slow, gas-guzzler. Even though I booked ahead of time, the process took about a half hour AT THE COUNTER.
