After my flight was delayed, I arrived at the Dollar location at about 6:04pm. The office was still open and two men behind the counter. I explained my situation and said I was there for my rental and that I was already checked in via pre check-in via email. I was abruptly told " sorry , we close at 6:00pm. You'll have to come back tomorrow ". I'm 75 and my wife is handicapped and 73, but they would not help us. Being an off airport location they left us on the street to fend for ourselves. Probably the worse customer service I've ever experienced. After picking up the car the next morning, I was told I should receive compensation for the shorter rental period from Kayak. We'll see if that's true. Needless to say, I'll never rent with Dollar again.Reviewed 6 Jan 2025

Final bill much higher than online rate. Dollar moved from airport terminal to take a shuttle, no signage. Address to return car was still airport added about 15-20 minutes to find drop off location. Car was nice and clean.Reviewed 21 Dec 2024

I Didn’t even pick up car, tried for refund after 10 minutes of ordering, because I selected the wrong date , and the date I was looking for a car, they had none available.they just took the money and didn’t do anything for the service.Reviewed 24 Nov 2024

Pros:Staff was friendly....Cons:Trying to find the pick up/drop off location was not easy....the hours on the web site are different than the actual hours... was stuck at the airport at 8:00 p.m with my 6yr old son with no ride to get a car because they were closed... but the web site said they were open to 1a.m..and when I called to change the hours I rented the car for nobody mentioned the change in hours!!!!
