Pros: Car was great everything was wonderful once I got to dollar they gave me wrong directions to where they were at I'm not much on computer orders an if the company can't get it right doesn't help me with using one

Pros: Very fast and easy process! And the app makes it even simpler! Always a nice, newer, clean vehicle. If only BUYING a car was this easy ;)
Cons: Wouldnt rent me a car without major credit card. Couldnt use a debit card, which is crazy. My brother had to drive 8 hours to pick us up! These policies suck! I have plenty of money in the bank, but no credit built up due to paying cash for almost everything i own.

quoted price was not honored
Cons: The kayak.com reservation showed the detailed price i would be paying including the added fees and taxes. when i got to the hertz counter, the attendant took the total including the taxes and fees and added another $30 for airport taxes and fees on top of the quoted price. Bottom line, it cost more than i was quoted. even though i showed him proof on paper of my quote, he refused to honor it.

Pros: At first I was a bit unhappy that I was getting set up with a Mazda 3.. however, after the first half hour or so, I was actually very pleased! This thing was very smooth, sporty looking and amazing on gas. The features in the cabin were a very nice bonus.
The guy that pulled the car around for me and wrapped my paperwork up was professional and friendly.
Cons: Car pick up was at 12 but, I guess due to the volume of customers, I didn't get the car until closer to 12:30. Not really all that bad.

No Cruise Control
Pros: I liked the people that helped me at the rental facility
Cons: I did not like the absurd taxes at the airport which amounted to 47% taxes and fees for the price of the rental. I did not like the fact that the vehicle I rented did not have cruise control when I put on a little over 2000 miles on the vehicle all without the use of cruise control. I also felt the vehicle was very uncomfortable.
Cons: I was not aware that the company only took credit cards. That would have saved us a lot of time and irritation if we knew that information from the beginning.

They didn't actually have a car available
Cons: Although I was able to reserve a car online, there was not an actual car available at the rental counter. So I rented a hotel room for the night and tried to call the rental counter at Mobile airport directly the next morning to make sure they had a car available before I schlepped back to the airport. Turns out it isn't possible to speak directly to a live body at the rental counter in the airport via phone. I could only get to their 800 call center and was told there was no local phone # so I couldn't speak to someone on site. I said the heck with it and got a car from Enterprise at a city-based location.

Pros: my car was covered in bird poop. Also not provided option to purchased gas...i was tired and forgot to ask.
Pros: I reserved my full size car for 5 pm and paid the 27 dollars it asked of me. I arrived at the rental office at 530 and checked in. That is when I was told they had already given my car away because I was late. After reviewing the definition of the word review, they confirmed they have it away anyway and was told whatever I paid online was to the online company and not directly to their office, so it didn't count.
Cons: THEY GAVE AWAY MY FUCKING RESERVED CAR! I felt like Steve Martin in "Trains, Planes and Automobiles".

Drop off process not intuitive
Pros: Curbside drop was convenient. Inside agent was friendly.
Cons: I dropped the car off a small regional airport, so the ability to drive to the terminal and drop off 100ft from the entrance was convenient. The signage got me close. The rep who was outside directing customers where to park, etc. wasn't very helpful. A bit snarky and felt like I was being "talked down to."
