Budget gave me the wrong vehicle 3 different times. Each time I walked all the way with my luggage only to find out the vehicle was not the vehicle I had been assigned. Other cars were parked in the spot my sedan should have been. The worst car rental ever.Reviewed 23 Apr 2025

Poor first experience renting a vehicle from Budget. The gentleman whom checked me in was very bland and unhelpful. He gave me a much larger vehicle that was terrible to maneuver around Colorado Springs. He acted liked he was doing me a God-given favor.
