When I arrived, they told me that they did not have the car. i then went to the rental agency next door and they coincidentally has the same car at but at double the price. The cars all came from the same lot and had no Budget or other agency stickers to distinguish one from another. When I returned the car, there was a person waiting for the car who has just experienced the same scam.: rented online from Budget at one price, was told there was no such car on arrival, went next door and paid double for fhe same car. Pros:The staff were friendly.Cons:The car wasn't there. There was no rental, the reservation wasn't honored. And even if they had had a car they would have demanded an extra $22/day in mandatory insurance that was never indicated in the rental agreement and would have priced them out no matter what.Reviewed 4 Apr 2021
