Budget did an excellent job with my entire rental. They called the day before to confirm pick-up plans and were easily able to move my pick-up location to the airport when I had accidentally booked the wrong location. We had a new vehicle to drive and it was very fuel efficient. They were so friendly and I would definitely rent at this location again.Reviewed 24 May 2023

My rental was not found,I called to have it picked up at a different time and this lady on the phone who’s name I forgot was completely unhelpful and unprofessional she must had a rough morning or night and went from saying they were trying to find me a truck to flat out never mind we don’t have one,like hours from when I needed my rental, I would definitely not recommend.Reviewed 27 Jun 2022

The time it took to get the car was long. The windshield had a chip in it underneath the windshield wiper, of which the guy cleaning the “bugs” off the windshield would have seen and it split and they are trying to charge me for it although I was told I would not be charged and a note would be put on the account.Reviewed 24 Jun 2021

Pros:Staff was super friendly.Cons:I thought I was booking at the airport, but the reservation was for an off site location. Luckily the great staff was able to move the reservation to the airport location. So it all worked out.Reviewed 21 May 2021
