The vehicle was supposed to be at an offsite location. I hailed an Uber at the airport and went to the location at around 4pm on 3/3. It was closed, no one alerted me. Cost me $40 to go back to the airport. There were no other rental cars available. We had to hire a Lyft ride to take us from Grand Junction to Aspen.Reviewed 4 Mar 2024

Pros:Not much - was a super averageCons:The staff here were wonderful the second day, but the pick-up was very hostile, and dismissive. They did the usual add-on speel - you want X, X, X? However they tried to push an upgrade on me - I live here and I think they thought I was a tourist. You do NOT need a full 4x4 for these mountain roads...
