Drop off was easy and gentleman was nice. Pick up in CMH took forever and vehicle was dirty with bald tires. It wasn't worth it to spend another 45 minutes in line to get a new vehicle. Guy behind the counter in CMH was trying to con everyone into insurance and other add-ons which is what caused a 45 minute way for a line of 3 customers.Reviewed 8 Mar 2024

not staffed adequately. i booked through a third party and when asking for courtesy extension of a couple of hours due to highway traffice accident, they told me i had to book an extra day. on top of that, there was an additional fee to extend my reservation since it was more than 6 hours. i will never book with budget again.Reviewed 24 Jun 2021

Cons:The car had a bad smell where you could tell previous driver had probably smoked in it. The dash was dirty. I had to clean it with disinfectant wipes and spray the entire car down with Lysol.Reviewed 31 May 2021
