Pick up was inconvenient; staff was all over the place and couldn’t locate my original reservation. Tried to charge me almost twice the original agreed upon price. Also should have mentioned a $200 security deposit being added to the total balance from the beginning. Biggest annoying factor was that I had to make sure I wouldn’t be charged for prior damage done to the vehicle I picked up. Driver side mirror completely gone. Definitely sketch when going to drop off my car and they ask if I did the damage myself. Seems like there should be better communication on the company’s part when giving out damaged rides. My Budget Camry rental was upgraded to a new Chrysler Pacifica, and the van was a comfortable hybrid with a smooth ride, easy-to-use controls, and excellent mileage. Pros:The staff was great and the car was clean.Cons:Lots of damage to the car and nobody did a walk around or told me about it. I returned the car a day early and still was charged the full booking amount.Reviewed 20 May 2021
