Awesome bathrooms, clean rooms, breakfast delivered to my door, bed size, friendly staff, the whole nine yards Sound of cars at night(second floor)
Beautiful, luxurious room with amazing hot tub. Great location, extremely friendly staff, and delicious breakfast included!
Everything. Staff was SUPER friendly! The room was more than we expected. Enjoyed the decor. Parking was easy and included. Breakfast was served to our room on time. . Placing as our number 1 place to stay when we come back to Baltimore.
Convenient location. Not necessarily the cleanest hotel.
The staff was extremely friendly and helped to make everything about my stay as convenient as possible. The interior, ambiance, decor and architecture were beautiful and opulent. The location to the harbor was awesome and just enough out of the way to not seem like I was on top of everything. I was not disturbed once by housekeeping when I was in my room. For the prices I paid it was definitely worth it. I didn't have a microwave or refrigerator inn my room which I think should be standard in all rooms. Out was hard for nude to keep drinks and left over food or snacks cold and I had to go downstairs to heat up my food. They accommodated more when and I asked for early check in because I arrived earlier then I planned. I also like that check out is at noon and not earlier and they didn't rush me to leave past noon. The bed was super comfortable, one of the best I've ever slept in. I liked that they had a little store also because my allergies were acting up and I was able to get meds. The free breakfast in the morning was very delicious. Also free coffee 24/7 was very nice. I would like them to provide free water bottles also. The complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were all name brand which I think is important and appreciated.the only real gripe I have is the elevator. There was only 1 for my side of the building. It took awhile sometimes but that's hardly a big deal. All in all I would stay there again. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. They also had a really beautiful outdoor patio with a fire pit but I did not partake. I also never knew if there was a pool and I would have used it I've I had a longer and not so busy stay. If they don't have one they should. I can't wait to stay there again. Nothing except that elevator.
Loved everything about this hotel. Will come back every time I come to visit my daughter here in college.
Staff was very friendly. Free shuttle was perfect! Bar / restaurant in hotel would have made this a 5-star rating
Clean, great staff, free breakfast, comfortable bed Location is a bit sketchy, lots of homeless people around the hotel, but they never cause any problem during our stay
Everything: room, breakfast, close and affordable on-street parking Nothing....
The breakfast and the refridegerator in tne room. Free internet is a must and it worked very well.
As others have described, surrounding neighborhood not the best. But very clean, comfortable room. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Shuttle service was a nice feature, as well as complimentary breakfast in the morning. Overall, good value for the price point.
I had to attend a conference in Baltimore and I knew that I would end up spending most of my time at the conference venue or being out with the conference attendees. So, I wanted a reasonably priced hotel in walking distance from the place where the conference venue (Inner Harbor). I chose this hotel because it looked decent on the internet and was about 60% the price of the conference hotel (and this included free internet). I was not disappointed. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised from the room, both from its cleanliness and its furniture: it looked very nice. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was nothing special but still I could start the day without having to search for something to eat at 7:00. Overall, value for money
I loved the shuttle. The drivers were excellent and informative. So nice not to have to take a cab everywhere!
Clean, close to inner harbor. Needs more free parking.
Hotel was so close to the Inner Harbor one could walk there. Loved the look of the lobby, so grand and gorgeous. The parking was very limited but we did find space across the street in the street.
they had a shuttle to the hospital I was going to..very convenient parking fee

The closeness of the music venue to the hotel, we were able to walk to many places to eat and drink and the music venue. they had a nice evening happy hour with wine and cheese for guests, which was nice. Paying for everything! Microwave: $10 Refrigerator: $10 Parking: $15 Late checkout: $35...are you for real? And the continuous noise from the adjoining room until 6am.
Close to inner harbor, less expensive than other hotels in the area. Very clean and quiet - the rooms look amazingly new and spacious! It's situated in a run-down neighborhood - we saw a drug deal going down about 200ft away. You have to pass through a lot of depressing areas to get to the Inner Harbor.
Friendly staff. Beautiful rooms. Great car service.
Only problem was guest having part on third their above our room and it was still going strong and very loud at 4 am. Otherwise great experience.
Nice room, very quiet. $15 for guests to park car in lot. Notified about Thursday night party after it was already over.
The staff was very friendly. Very well maintained hotel. Very nice hotel for the money
Clean and friendly staff Walls were paper thin and we heard people arguing at 3:30 in the morning and some 'man' cursing out his kids.
Everything and everyone was great. Didn't expect to have to pay for parking. First time having to do that. But still will be using you guys.
Yes, I stayed in the 2nd floor and could hear toilet flushing from neighbors above me. It was really loud and woke me up several times during my sleep.
Clean room..rooms were nice size. It is further away from the city than I expected. Also, while the hotel itself turned out to be an ok experience, I thought I would be getting of into a Hampton Inn Fairfield Inn...
