The location for beach & easy access to the restaurants & shopping area in the centre of the city. The choice of food for english guests was very poor more geared to germans or scandinavian guests
The location of the hotel is really good, just a short walk from the hotels private beach and about 10 minutes by bus to the Cleopatra Beach and to the city center. The bus stop is located next to the hotel. Food at the hotel was good. There should be more entertainment at the hotel. The music in the restaurant and the pool area wasn't any good, more Turkish like music would be nice to hear.
It is next to the beach. We were amazed by the lobby but the rest of the hotel was not such great, Great location of the restaurant. It is on the roof with a great view. We stayed only one night in the hotel, but we are so glad it was only one night. I can not imagine to stay here for a whole week. The bar and restaurant stuff was very rude, unfriendly and impolite (bartender was crudely shouting at us: "no glass in rooms",while carrying our glasses from an outside bar to an inside bar, then we had to wait 40 minutes until he will come back and serve us). The staff was eating in the restaurant in the official serving hours for guests. In the evening one bartender was obviously drunk. Food offer was poor and basically there was the same for lunch and dinner. Local soft drinks taste terrible. The services promised were not delivered, when we asked we got an answer that is the end of the season.
The terrace on the 7th floor is wonderful! Breathtaking views every day while having meal.
good price, friendly staff, nice room. you have to pay for sun chairs and umbrellas at the beach. only soft drinks at the beach bar.the food was not various.the entertainment is very bad.
motivated and friendly staff main street passing a bit loud
Being across the road from Kleopatra Beach; and ice cream nights. The food was a bit same-same.
The pool area with the slides, the position of this hotel(very close to the see and also to the center), the animation team. Receptionists
Fıne hotel, nıce room, nıce pool area, perfect locatıon on Kleopatra beach.
I liked this hotel just because the rooms were clean and it is located near the main beach in Alanya the attitudine of the staff some of them were quite rude and just a few could understand english
The Beach...Swimming Pool....The Food!!! I was in the smallest double room I have ever been in. They cleaned our room every other day.
closeness to the beach, and town center, and cleanliness of rooms,
Location This hotel is mainly for German package holidays it was noisy very busy and cramped. Our personal property was moved by staff we were not allowed to use the fridge in our room. Would not recommend at the height of the season
Great hotel, great value, great food. was a little rowdy with drunk europeans. but the hotel was great.
wonderful food, good staff at restaurant, very clean room every day,a quiet atmosphere in hotel, good location too noisily each evening because of show, staff on reception almost doesn't speak English and sullen.it is difficult to use pool because the guests of hotel occupy pool-beds how hardly not from 5 a.m.
From the manager to the wait staff, they are a very dishonest group. The only one I found to be helpful and honest was the maid. Fees changed. I was not aware that I could not bring guests to my room. Cash was demanded and paid for beverages after dinner but were also listed on my final bill. I paid twice because i did not have time to fight as I had a plane to catch. Staff seems to be put out if asked for assistance in anything. It is more like a hostel rather than a full service hotel. I will not stay or recommend...
Breakfast had a wide selection of food. The room/bathroom was clean and spacious (however the beds were uncomfortable). The hotel's Reception staff were not very friendly or helpful. For example, when we asked where to find an internet cafe, the receptionist just said "probably in town," then went back to whatever he was doing. Also, when we checked in, the staff could not locate our reservation and they made it seem as if we were inconveniencing them by trying to locate it. Contrary to what the hotel advertises, it is not on the beach but rather across the street from it. And if you wish to use it, they charge you 5 Euros (10TL) a day.
Location, modern rooms, gym facilities, clean swimming pool, friendly staff at reception. The TV in the room was too small. Rooms facing street are very noisy, there is no proper selection of shampoos etc. in the rooms and absolutely nothing in the minibar. There were no instructions how to use the safety box and not even the reception telephone number in the rooms. Staff could not print me a proper invoice when I left the hotel because the person 'authorised to use the invoicing system was not present'. They promised to send me an invoice letter later for business purposes but six days on it still hasn't arrived. For these reasons cannot recommend hotel to anyone with proper 4* standards.
excellent location and in the heart of the city and very cordial and friendly
Nothing the staff were ignorant. Very unhelpful. The food was discraceful my friend had food poisoning and he was in bed from th 2nd day onwards after eating the salad from the welcome meal u recieve when u arrive late. As above the food was discusting and my friend got food poisoning whilst there spent the rest of holiday being violently sick for 4 days
My wife and I have just returned from a week at this lovely hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect, situated in the centre of the city, nearby nightclubs or night life, walking in 3-5 minutes. Also you can go to best popular beach calling Cleopatra Beach by walking in 15 minutes. However in the centre of the city, It has a really safe, quietly and clean pool. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well looked after. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The staff at the reception are all friendly and polite and will do everything in their power to help you if you have a problem. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner is delicious expecially deserts and salads. This hotel is better than the others which are in the centre of the city and has 4 stars.
the hotel was great for value, with breakfast and dinner included. the pool was lovely. we enjoyed our stay. loved alanya. the disco on the waterfront was too noisy. mattress was a bit hard, we like a softer mattress to sleep on. pillows were fine!
Very friendly and welcoming staff. The drains the room were a bit smelly in the evening.
Hotel's location away from the busy touristical area is a big bonus. Facilities are new, fresh and well taken care of. Pool area, water slide and nearby 2 parks make this a good family hotel. Cleaning of rooms was not done very professionally and standard of cleaning differed day by day. Hotel has a wonderfull hamam bath. Unfortunately the personel of the Hamam smoked in the public areas against hotel's instructions and Turkish law. Hotels hairdresser should not be used as it continously tried to cheat guets with prices. Food shop in front of hotel sell out-of-day products and rotten vegetables and berries. Shop continued doing this throughout our 10 day stay!
The pool area was good for families and the hotel staff were very nice and the beach were close to the hotel. When we arrived the hotel staff showed us a room in a hotel (anex) away from this hotel when I didn't accept this we we offered another hotel room 10 minutes walk away - the room were very small and below the standard booked in advance - after talking to the hotel manager we got a very nice hotel room at the hotel
Clening stuff was excelent, food was ok, location is good Service staff was unhelpfull and slow. Buffet was allmost same everyday.
This hotel was compact but nice, it exceeded our expectations in most respects (for a 3* hotel). The swimming pools and sunbathing areas were good, staff excellent, atomosphere very good, location excellent. The room was small but nicely presented and the aircon worked well. There was some building work nearby that would perhaps annoy some people but that was probably due to the time of year (they are preparing for the season). The 'all inclusive' offer was a bit limited and confusing (they have only just started offering this so it may improve). Food was adequate. The pool table area was poor. I wouldn't recommend it for families - more suitable for couples or friends.
the food the good
Waiters are very friendly. Food is nice. Hotel and around is clean.
location, easy access to beach and town The prices for drinks were to high and should be lower. $1.50 for a small bottle of water is crazy and much cheaper at the nearby store
The beach is only 1 minute walk from the hotel. Our room was big enough with a wonderful view to the sea. The breakfast and the dinner were delicious, there were lot of choices. The hotel staff was helpful all the time. Nothing, it was very good.
location breakfast choice
We like the location, it is near the beach it have a nice park across the street very poor restaurant menu, housekiping make a lot of noise , you have to call them to make your room , bad smell from bathroom, they do not speek english, very used lining
There are very good condition, for a 4 stars hotel, it has internet access (free access), and they consider our request - that to have room with sea view.
