Fooled by pricePros:The car was perfect for the traveling I was doing. Comfortable and clean. Was nice being able to rent a wifi device for the car. Pick up went wellCons:The price I was quoted in my booking was WAY different than what I ended up actually having to pay... about $200 more! Very helpful staff memberPros:I had some problems with my reservation and the staff member there (I think her name was Gri )?)) went above and beyond to help fix them. Ultimately it didn't work but her excellent effort is what I remember.Cons:The rest of the staff appeared busy but I'm not sure if they were as helpful to the waiting customers - yes there was a line. Also the location is not so easy to get to unless you're aware of the metro lines.Reviewed 8 Jul 2017
