I booked a rental and set the pickup time through Kayak. There was zero mention of the hours for the pickup location and when I arrived at 5 (my scheduled time) I was unable to obtain the vehicle since it was closed. This required me to argue with enterprise on the phone to get the reservation cancelled, additional charges, and then I had to pay for Uber to drive me to the next rental car location which was 24 hours- that was a 3 hour Uber ride.

Pros:

Amadeo was super helpful, considerate, and patient with my trying out different cars! Excellent customer service!

Cons:

Nothing really except if it could have been free of charge!

Not easy, wait 30 min to get the car. Car had a burned seat... So, I'll don't use this again

Pros:

Staff was polite, everything was easy, no surprises.

Cons:

The vehicle itself kept flashing "change oil" and "low tire pressure" warnings ... none of the tires seemed flat, so we didn't try to pump them, and of course, we didn't mess with the oil. Other than that, everything worked without issue.

I had to take the car to a car wash immediately after picking it up, because it was dirty on the exterior. Interior was dusty but mostly ok. Other than that, it was a good car and pick up and drop off were very convenient.

The pickup went great, and the car was very nice. Unfortunately my drop off was on a day when the location was closed so the lot was full and hard to access. Not the locations fault, but it makes things tough.

Car wasn’t even available They were sold out You sold a rental without having a car available I had to use Uber twice to get to the agency in Aliston for nothing. Waste of time and money Very poor service

I went to the rental location. I was told that they did not have any cars. While waiting for an uber to go back to the hotel, someone returned a car that was then provided to me. While all of this was happening, I asked to use the restroom and was told it was only for employees. When I was finalizing my rental agreement, another customer came in and asked for the restroom while he waited, and he was told it was ok to use it. So, why was a paying customer like myself denied the use of the restroom, and another paying customer was allowed to use it? Is it because I am hispanic? I was also charged an extra fee for the car, because I had reserved a compact car, and I got a full car. Was this my fault? That you ran out of inventory? I had to take the first car that came in!!!
