Cons: I noticed at pick up that the wheel cover was missing. I took a pic as suggested by the attendant, if I found any issues with it. When I arrived at my destination, I was asked if I had a flat tire along the way. I told him no that the wheel cover was missing when I picked it up. He told me that I was driving with a donut. I was shocked as it didn't appear smaller than the other tires and I had driven for 4 hours and 260 miles at top speeds of 75 mph. I have no idea if there was another spare in the trunk, the flat tire, or nothing. Fortunately nothing happened, but could have been ugly and never should have been rented out in that condition.
Pros: Easy to pick up and easy to drop
Cons: The car smelled like cigarettes. Very smoky and had to drive with the windows cracked.
Pros: Yes everything went well, drop off was really easy.
Cons: Satellite radio would of been nice but I’m not complaining for the price of the rental.
Pros: Staff very friendly, pick up easy, convenient location, no line.
Cons: Car was a bit dirtier than I had expected, coffee stains on ceiling that I didn't notice until later. Nobody in garage during pickup or dropoff, but as long as they don't charge me for someone else's mess, I'm ok with that.
Pros: Very nice staff member. Good compact SUV. I object to and dislike large cars, but needed AWD.
Cons: Long wait at pickup. One staff member handling for enterprise & Alamo. Lots of renters arrived at once. It took more than a half hour. Not good.
Cons: The Chevy Spark is probably not a choice for a rental car. May want to consider a different model car.
Cons: It was great. Thanks!
Cons: No snow brush.
Cons: The truck did not have snow tires and we almost got stuck once.
Pros: We got upgraded to a nicer car
Pros: Staff at drop off on 10/1 at 4:30pm were very nice.
Cons: Staff at pick up seemed tired, disgruntled.
Cons: Hyundai Santa Fe not “equivalent” of Toyota RAV4. Poor car
