Pros:I reserved a luxury car (Cadillac or similar). On arrival I was told there were no luxury cars.I was offered a VW SUV instead. Not exactly a luxury car, or even similar. I was given no explanantion. The rate was adjusted, at least.Cons:Could've had the damn class of vehicle I reserved.Reviewed 27 Jan 2020

Pros:Your company is not synchronized with Alamo car rental availabilityCons:I would like you not to make reservations if there is no availability of vehicles because you not only made me waste time, but you put me in difficulties , since the Alamo company denied me the vehicle arguing that they did not have available vehicles.Reviewed 30 Nov 2019

Good valuePros:I think that it was a good value for returning the car at a different location. Alamo also changed the pickup location charging a very small fee.Cons:The car was fine, but a somewhat dirty on the outside.Reviewed 29 Dec 2018

Drop Off FeesPros:Information on drop off fees given by customer service representativeCons:Needed to depart RDU instead of FAY. Would have cost over $325.00 to take car one hour to RDU instead of one hour to FAY. Total car rental only $40.00. Seems somewhat ridiculous. Had to bother someone for a ride taking over two hours to drop off car in FAY and then drive to RDU.Reviewed 19 Mar 2017
