Super friendly, helpful and efficient staff. No unnecessary hassle. The main drawback is that the office is a few kilometers away from the airport, but they make up for that by a operating a free high-frequency shuttle between terminal 3 and the office.

Pros:

The pickup was very easy; helpful staff. Drop-off was a big problem: No staff at all at Linz-Hoersching airport: The booth was even dismantled. No-one warned us about this and it took a long time before someone could tell us over the phone what to do with the car. Still waiting for the damage deposit to be credited to my account.

How i ended up paying 309 euros from a 186 euros reservation i still cant figure. made me pay 65 euros because i went to pick it up an hour LATER than scheduled! they even tried to trick me into paying for extra insurance! when i told her i book for 186 euros then she was forced to reveal the truth hell with a couple 100s more i could buy a car instead of renting it for 3,5 days wouldn't rent again from those azzhles in a million years a big F U from me

We were charged an extra 13Eu, per day, because we intended to use the car outside of Austria. We weren't made aware of this prior to the rental. This made the cost significantly higher than other rentals. I am very disappointed. This is deceptive! I will not use this service any more!

I'm still in the midst of dealing with an unfortunate situation regarding unwarranted charges tied to my rental. An Avis employee was in agreement with my concerns and even emailed me regarding the issue, copying a colleague. I've had no communication with them since but the charges on my credit card of not yet been resolved.

A representative never showed up at the airport to meet me, they never tried to contact me to say there was an issue, and the phone number given never worked. I called 24 times throughout the day. I ended up renting from Europcar at the counter for three times the price. I think it's a SCAM. I was in Vienna.

The service was terrible. we could not find a number to call when we landed in vienna, but after searching the website the # that was listed was offline. We Ubered it to the location (20 min drive from the airport), and when we got there and asked the staff how we were supposed to contact them, they said by phone. When said we had tried, he just shrugged. The staff who was there when we dropped off the car was a lot nicer, but the overall experience with Greenmotion was not great. I would probably not rent with them again.

Cancelled car with no notification. We only found out 30-minutes prior to our booking as we called to clarify pick up instructions. Now dealing with trying to get a refund for the booking and compensation for the last minute booking we had to make day of to replace this, with the cost difference being significant. Separately, their pick up is not where all the other (much more convenient) airport rentals are located. Not worth the savings - absolutely do not recommend.
