The gal at counter was not present. Would not let me charge to a new card, had to be the one one file. Gave me keys to a suv that had seat buckles all chewed up by a dog, totally broken. She knew I had 3 car seats or kids, too. No empathy, horrible service. I would do anything I can in future to avoid Budget rental car at this airport.

They are attempting to defraud me with fake damages. The pictures of the “damage” don’t even show anything. If you google it they do it all the time. I will be pursuing legal action.

Was there 45 minutes after rental pickup time due to baggage/plane. Tried to charge me double price. Didn’t have my car and upgraded me to minivan. Which was my friends minivan right behind me. Had to rent another car from Hertz since they screwed us and had to pay 3x amount. BS!

Our rental agreement included "I will fill gas tank" option. We drove very little, so it only needed $8.25 to fill the tank. However, I was charged an additional $38.18 for "Fuel and Service"! What a ripoff!! I didn't have a physical receipt, but I did send the details from my CC statement.
