Cons:
The gal at counter was not present. Would not let me charge to a new card, had to be the one one file. Gave me keys to a suv that had seat buckles all chewed up by a dog, totally broken. She knew I had 3 car seats or kids, too. No empathy, horrible service. I would do anything I can in future to avoid Budget rental car at this airport.9.2 Wonderful

Additional charges for taxes and airport fees when I dropped off the car that I wasn't expecting. Only one key worked but two were permanently attached on the ring. They were bulky and a pain to carry when you had no option to separate.6.0 Okay

They rented me a car, 2WD, did not warn me about the road. The car slipped so many times and the tires must not have been all season. II could not go up one of the slopes by the Steamboat Ski. They should warn me not to rent it.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We were given a Nissan Sentra to drive from Steamboat Springs to Denver. We should have been told to upgrade to a four wheel or all-wheel drive. Furthermore, the tire pressure light was on. When we checked them, three of the four tires were overinflated by 20 PSIs!!!! This is very dangerous.4.8 Mediocre

Beware! Watch out for deceptive pricing!! Made an online reservation with Kayak for a certain price - even had a confirmation- however, a confirmation email from Thrifty showed a higher price. When I contacted Thrifty in Gypsum, they would not honor the Kayak pricing. Good thing I carefully read the Thrifty email or I would have been stuck at the airport with the higher price. Cancelled reservation and rebooked with Hertz.10.0 Wonderful

After checking in, I went to the car and discovered the low tire pressure light was on. When I went back in to the counter, the young woman had already left to go home! An airline employee called her, she returned and today me not to worry... she had checked the tire pressure that morning. As it turned out, the tires were fine, but the light stayed on and there was no way to reset it (the button it showed in the owner's manual was non-existent, and the employee had no idea how to help...). I am glad the tire never went flat, but it was a worry to have that list on constantly (this is from past experience with my personal car, which means ^this is serious^ in my personal vehicle!!!!6.8 Okay
