Clean and Convenient location
Staff did not smile, a little noisy
Location was good.
No plug ins for charging ports. Bathroom very old needs updating. Ceiling fan very noisy. Remote batteries did not work properly. Curtains stained and wouldn't close properly. Pillows very lumpy. No extra blankets. Heating unit very noisy. Soap/shampoo/conditioner very basic. For the price I shouldn't have expected more.
Honestly when people say everybody in Canada is super nice, they mean it. Staff was so nice but the hotel should upgrade a little if they wanna charge $189 per night
For the price I could’ve stayed somewhere that had a restaurant inside so I wouldn’t have to order Uber eats
OK for a quick stay
Good price, reasonably clean
Facilities need an update
Good for one night!
The rooms seem to be old. The beds and pillows are too hard.
Good for short stay
Close to airport with shuttle transportation.
The halls reeked of smoke. Very limited access to restaraunts or other needs.
Nice big room with big bed
The bed was huge for just one person. Free coffee all day. Very nice staff. Close to food and fun. Right next to the golf course.
Charging for parking was a little nickel and dime ish. Pool was at hotel next door as well as the ATM. For some reason in my single room the light switch for the bathroom was outside the bathroom which threw me off a lot during my stay.
Used to love this hotel due to location and a Mr. Greek resto inside.
The resto has been an empty space for two years. Makes the hotel look ugly and unloved.
We I arrived they had me in a smoking room, I request a non smoking but none where available. The next morning the staff had a room all ready for me. The beds were comfortable and the pillow were really nice. My room also had a fridge in it that I was not expecting but was very happy to see.
The restaurant in the hotel was not open.
The location was exactly what I was looking for. Close to airport and highway.
Just the planes flying overhead early in the morning.
the bed & bedding were very..............comfortable, we were very tired, and the comfy bed was perfct
Very close to the airport, one of the best price/quality solutions. Rooms are clean and adequately equipped for a business traveler.
Not a good base to discover Toronto, but 100% airport hotel. No decent beakfast
The closeness of the hotel to Toronto's International Airport.
The apparent indifference of the hotel's staff.
Very nice staff at front desk
The noise of the airplanes I've stayed by the airport before however this was so noisy I woke up numerous time throughout the night
The staff are friendly and most obliging.
Convenience, pleasant front desk staff, great restaurant.
Superb room, beautifully clean, tea and coffee available all day, staff very helpful.
It was nice and a very good value. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
