Pros: Unlimited mileage
Cons: Customer service is horrendous!! Spent 2 days on the phone and they just transfer you around departments until they say there is nothing they can do. Made incorrect invoices but no one had the authority to correct the invoices! Horrible service and company.

Cons: They charged more than what I was quoted on Kayak - also the insurance policy was super unclear.
Cons: I made a mistake with the date. They couldn’t honor the dates I wanted and STILL kept $260USD from me for having the wrong reservation. It screwed up my trip and cost me unnecessary money. Never using Sixt again.

Cons: Sixt refused to allow me to use my wife’s credit card to rent the car. This did not make any sense since she had booked the reservation and already put down this credit card. I was forced to use a credit card with less insurance coverage. I tried to call to fix the issue of get clarity on their refusal but the customer service agent again absolutely refused to take the card citing an unspecified policy. It seemed to be trick to force you to purchase more coverage. This was improper at pickup and handled very poorly when I called.
Cons: I didn't get any compliment after my car break down in Grindelwald and i need to go to Zurich airport (2-3 hours) to pick up replacement car
Pros: Staff súper friendly and helpful, I had to change the original vehicle in Pisa Italy based on a Mechanical warning I got, and the staff in both locations was super friendly and helpful

Cons: Web site let me choose a pickup time where the agency was already closed... for the week-end; in addition, person on the phone pretended not being able to help me because I had used a broker to make the reservation => I could not get the car before 2 days later although I had already payed.
Cons: The offer that was advertised to me was fiat 500 or equivalent. What was guaranteed was a smart for two electric, not disclosed to me until the transaction was compete. I knew it didn't have sufficient range for my trip and supplied a note to sixt. At pickup was given no choice and had to pay 1.4x m
Pros: Pick-up and drop off were very easy. The staff was very courteous and efficient. We did not get an BMW X-3, but were offered a Volvo X60 and the Alpha Romeo Stelvio. We chose the Volvo and were very happy with the car.
Cons: Orly Airport itself was difficult to navigate. We arrived in Terminal 1, but the car rental is in Terminal 3 - signage to get to Terminal 3 via the airport train was not very clear, and the airport personnel were not that well informed. Once we got to the Six't counter, it was a good experience
Pros: The staff was helpful, but we were a bit annoyed that we were verbally told we had a 1,000 kilometer limit that turned out to be 750km. We also did not receive a pre-rental inspection.
Cons: Just being honest about the km limit, or not having one. We will not be using SIXT again.
