The only sort of tricky thing was the distance and number of turns to get to sixt. It's probably better than a shuttlebus. At ORD, you go down to baggage claim, up to ground transport, down to the tram, ride to the rental car stop (2 or 3 stops), down to the floor, outside, up to sixt. Totally understandable and doable, there are signs all along the way. Outside of that, everything was great. I booked everything ahead online and it went as smooth as one could hope.Reviewed 15 Nov 2023

my credit card number was stolen and used within hours of picking up car, giving my credit card info to sixt employees. My credit card co believes it was likely this car rental that took/used my card illegally.Reviewed 6 Nov 2022
