Cons: It is challenging to travel these days due to concerns about COVID and Sixt employees didn't help. When I picked up the car, I was asked to wait outside to maintain social distancing, which I understand, but it was said rudely and when a second customer arrived, that customer wasn't asked to wait outside, which I don't understand. In the meantime, one employee behind the counter was eating and another person, coughing. The staff tried to sell me additional insurance with a story about what would happen if the rental broke down while on the road, even after I let them know that I had already purchased additional insurance through Kayak. The car itself wasn't as clean as I expected, even though the website said that there were enhanced cleaning procedures. It smelled like a sandwich and I found crushed chips and a straw under the passenger side seat. Again, not very comforting in the middle of a pandemic. When I returned the car, the employee behind the counter barely glanced up from his phone and asked whether the gas tank was full, even though I received the car with 3/4 of a tank. There was no inspection or anything so fingers crossed everything went well—not a very reassuring drop off. I really liked driving the car but everything else about this experience was not so enjoyable.
Cons: Everything. That location needs a complete overhaul. You guys are very inconcerderated of peoples time. I won't come back and I'll never refer anyone. This location/company lacks professionalism greatly.

Pros: I enjoyed to rental. Had no problems with the vehicle and it was a just what was needed for the purpose it was rented for.
Cons: I stood outside expecting to be told where the vehicle would be parked. After standing outside the store for more than 5 minutes, something told me to hit the unlock button, that’s when I saw the vehicle had been in the parking lot the entire time while I’m standing there. When it was time to drop off the vehicle, we arrived at the return location 30 minutes before 12noon to find a sign on the door telling all customers the store was closed. The sign told customers to visit the Georgian Terrance Midtown location which was 20 minutes away. No address was on the posted sign. Once the vehicle was returned to the new location, I was charged $20 for a flexi-return fee which was not my fault due to the Buckhead location being closed with directions to travel to the Midtown location. This was an inconvenience to customers. It would be been nice to receive an email or call to all customers returning vehicles that day and a note on our account that the return location was closed so that we would not be charged. Although the prices are good, I would rather pay more for better service.
Pros: The staff and especially the customer service representatives on the phone were helpful and accommodating.
Cons: Car smelled horrible like smoke and it took a long time to get rid of the smell. It is also really hard to get ahold of someone from the Sixt Toll Free Number, but once you get through the wait then the customer service representatives are incredibly kind and helpful. Does not seem to have a big selection like other car rentals.
Cons: I was charged a young renters fee after being told there was none. Paid $100 and ended up having to pay $300 more when I got there
Cons: Had the car that I asked and paid for available when I got to the pickup place. Instead of me going all over Atlanta to get a MINIVAN!!

Cons: Car was not at airport for pickup. Stated car was 30 miles away and the location would close before my flight landed. Asked if we could have one from airport, stated it would be an additional $316 dollars to transfer. There was a physical SIXT location at the airport. Complete robbery, agent stated there was nothing he could do unless I paid the fee or waited until they opened the next morning and drove (with what car?) Was told to call to cancel, when you call it tells you to send an email. Will never recommend or book with SIXT.
