The overall stay was satisfactory. I arrived a bit earlier than usual check-in, but was able to get my room upon arrival. My only qualm is that the hotel does not have their own parking, so I was not happy with the price I had to pay that did not include or consider parking. The lot below the hotel is apparently owned by the city that maxes out at $28 per day.

The rooms were immaculate and spacious. The layout of the room and bathroom were ingenious (and I don’t say that lightly). The space was planned so it was efficiently and made it so easy to use. The location was spot on for restaurants and shopping. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I do travel extensively and have been to MANY hotels and this is by far my favorite!!!

Pros (+) The room was really nice! It was in a great location. Staff was friendly.
Cons (-) The information regarding parking could've been better. I assumed we had the option to either self-park (through the hotel) or valet not realizing the hotel doesn't have a parking garage to self park so when I left at night I had to pay $18 through the city on top of the $70 overnight parking to then park with valet through the hotel. The pool was packed when we went to go swimming in the morning ...

Pros (+) Great coffee, nice service.
Cons (-) A little more upkeep and cleanliness (especially for a suite). Need better coordination with in-room spa services. Our service never arrived after attempting to book three times prior to our stay (and finally calling and confirming with them the day before our stay).
