Pros (+) My friend and I needed a place close to the convention center and this place was definitely a stone's throw away which helped with commuting over the course of 3 days. It's not the most luxurious place, but if you just need a place to sleep, then this place is fine. Has some good sides and bad sides, but if you're on a budget and you have a buddy, this place is alright to stay at.
Cons (-) Sometimes smelled a bit like smoke, but it might have been from the other rooms.
